  • I have problem with my 5months old 500g my passport WD external hard drive. When i plugged it in the pc it says "delay write failed" and I had hard time recovering my files. I hate WD for its quality and I think files are not that safe once the external hard drive has problems

  • I just purchased a My Studio 500 Gig External Hard Drive. Its formatted for the Mac but is compatible for Windows XP. I"m now formatting it (NTFS) and it's heating up. Am I to expect that?

  • the first thing one needs to do when they buy one of your hard drives is to format it, to get rid of all the gubbins that comes with it
