i'm wondering why i can't find the pacman game on a building i've seen that one in a magazine

no it's not coordinated it's a computer program in the system of the building that controls the lights. it's basically a cellphone game played on the building. there's a program that only top people who work there know about. you can play a simple game like tetris or snake with the lights using your cellphone as the controller. you dial a number and code and it allows you to play not everyone knows about this i read about it somewhere. most building built within recent years can do this...
