@miauzimiauz simple, i just kept on trying to do one arm spins :) Make sure you have good grip. I use tite grip

You have truly amazed me with your talent and you have also totally changed my mind about pole dancing. pardon me for saying this, that I've always thought of pole dancing as of strip clubs kinda way (though i was always amazed at how girls move and hang themselves on the pole). however, it was never conceived to me that pole dancing is such an art and pole dancers are artists who beautifully drawing those moves. its you who changed my perception bout it and thank you. you're beautifully amazing

amazing performance... sadly being a guy it's near impossible to find a place to learn poledancing here; It's pretty hard the sexism in some stuff XP i wanna get fit without too much muscle mass, and i always think it looks so eloquent when not done in a sexual manner; in india they have performance gymnastic based on the pole but sadly im canadian :[ i get the whole girls dont feel comfortable doing certain things around guys thing but i honestly don't think a guy with a BF is that threatening

@izzzay you can always try chinese pole - most circus classes teach that. The moves are similar to pole dancing. Pole is becoming popular with guys, I'm sure there will be an open-minded studio near you :]

@izzzay If you Wanna Be Fit But Not Built you have to run every morninging starting from walking 90sec. then jog 60 for 20 min. in the end of the 2 month sequence you should run 3 miles like nobodies bussiness you'll lose around 10-30 pounds depending on your diet. But then if your talkin about jacked just do crunches and situps leg lifts for abs and squats for legs. But you Must do the back muscle. but the only way is by weights.

If there are none, get yourself a pole and watch youtube. 90% of what i can do know, i taught myself with the help of youtube :)
