My company uses a Tracmobile to move dry powdered cement cars into position for loading on our track. I don't know who makes this one, but you can find them through Factory Direct Trains, manufactured by Broadway Limited Imports. I want to get one for my layout as I'm planning on getting a Walthers "Medusa Cement Company" set. These are HO scale. Hope this helps.
