I just rediscovered 227, used to watch it on Saturday nights before the Golden Girls. I was a teenager then and just now I'm seeing Jackée made the show what it was(I'm laughing at it even more now). I mentioned it to my Grandmother and she commented on how TV was worth watching back then.

I loved her on that show and she certainly deserved to win the Emmy. I have the first season of "227" on DVDs but unfortunately (to my knowledge) no further seasons were ever released.

@TheSonjaxfactor Just MeBG meant in the Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series category. GREYS ANATOMY is a drama. Chandra Wilson's been nominated for Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, but she's never won it. The only one who's won from that show is Katherine Heigl.

Love this. Is it just me or can you clearly lip read Jackee from 0:36 "Can you believe this? I just hope I get it!" then, its announced! She looks round for some hugs but there's not one there from 227. She was the only nominee ever from that show. That's because she was faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabulous! Go Jackee!
