What a good idea for tiny bubbles - Have you tried the gelatine mix gently coloured in pearl or mauve etc. coated around mini blown up balloons, dip them then hang them to dry, from the bottom pin burst the balloon and cut a slit to pull it out and carefully tumble down a celebration cake - I'll try the bubbles as well
