  • DE PENA, LASTIMOOSO, NO DA UNA, CREO SEA DE LS PEORES INTERPRETACIONES DE ESTE PERSONAJE, QUE HE ESCUCHADO EN MI VIDA-

  • I didn't enjoy this version...

  • Would love to hear her as the Queen of the Night, Norma, or Violetta... maybe even Blonde from "Abduction."

  • Just sounds without brain. Pity.

PERFECTA.... NOLA CONOCIA... LA AMO!!!

  • Hermosa esa voz!

  • Vaya que Offenbach exigía a sus intérpretes...

  • is that Aquiles MAchado?...

  • Is Hoffmann supposed to look like a creepy hunchback? It's weirding me out...

  • wowowowowowow!

  • she sure is a professional....but nothing more....

  • this is a train wreck of a performance -- she has a wobble and no trill.

  • It's a little bit slow... Anyway very good.

  • Dont get me wrong, she has a lovely voice, but I have heard better versions of this ariaand since when was Hoffman supposed to look like a pedophile?! :p

  • hahahaha

  • Not a fan. There doesn't seem to be very much back space or "loft" behind the high notes and the voice doesn't sound very "free". It sounds pressed and as if the breath is not working properly.

  • ME ENCANTA!!!

  • impresionante los agudos!!!1

  • the color in this production is aweocme hats off to costumers, lighting designers!... as far as singing i prefer

  • has someone the lyrics of that song!ß

    =)

  • She always has glaring pitch problems that are so evident in this sort of music. Everything she sings sounds like the lesson scene from Fille.

  • her pitch is a lot better than many

  • Good heavens! How can anyone be so snobbish as to make any kind of disparaging criticism of this artist? She is a wonder, right down to her talents for mime....I haven never heard anything remotely as impressive, certainly as far as sopranos-who-can-carry-off-bravura-singing is concerned. She is a wonder, and a creates a memorable moment in opera history....bravissisma!

  • Well, she is good but she doesn´t sparkle. And her highest note are just sounds, not good singing as Dessay in her prime...

  • Her high notes are stellar, though her vibrato and her trill are pretty loose, bordering on wobbly.

  • An old trick I noticed right away, though: slower tempo means easier to hit each separate note. Less competant or confident sopranos have done this since the beginning. Gotta hand it to her for trying, though. But give me Sutherland and Dessay, in that order.

  • mmm she sounds a bit old and too much wobble for my taste

  • She sings with much more ease and a lot less annoyingly than other Olympias, but she is sharp in more than a few places and the trills are just strange.

  • Que linda! toda una muñeca :D

  • Bravissima!!

  • As far as I am concerned this is THE best performance of Olympia's Doll Song. I am particularly impressed with Milagros Poblador's excellent multi-tasking abilities since balancing theatrics, expression and her amazing voice must be a challenging task although you would never know by viewing this performance. I am absolutely fascinated by the immense talent of this woman.

  • the mechanical movements are great, she really looks like a robot. and with such ease she sings the high G.

  • i loveee!! =)

  • very good!
