i do athletics, our coach spends a lot of effort on improving our style (because it matters. Basically try and remember ur arms should pretty much be going back and forwards, the movement coming from the shoulder. Try to take longer strides also.

The kid with the shorts runs like a uncoordinated girl and needs to not flap his arms around trying to make it look like it is higher than it really is. You just look like a retard.

The funny thing is that the freerunning they did was uncoordinated and sluggish so it slower to freerun then just run and slide down. There were quite a few jumps and flips that were unnecesary and just makes it look weird. Anyway on a more positive note, your flips are quite good.
