Love it, love it, love it!! Wonderful singing, beautiful language (I'm very unfamiliar with Khmer), great horns, funky bouncy rhythm, oh I can't listen to it enough! I queue it up twice to make it longer, and the horns and the start and end merge nicely anyway. Or ... I queue it alone on repeat and listen to it again and again and again... how to say thanks in Khmer? Thanks to all the people trying to revive interest in this great music. I wonder how much interest there is in Cambodia?

Well, Dengue fever just included the version by Sinn Sisamouth, Ros Serey Sothea... in the album, they didn't remake it : the version in this YouTube video is the same as in Dengue Fever's album.

All new singers in Cambodia right now are suck, interm of professionals. Most of them are not even in the right tune. What a joke khmer music these days.some of them even sing stupid crap rap and some are trying to show off in English, if Cambodia didn't go through POL POT regime our music and singers will be world class, like Thailand and Hong Kong, instead of a bunch of kindergarten wackos, even cow hearders kids sing better in the field.
