Free running = is basically tricking your way from A to B

I don't mean to be an ass or something but this idea isn't original on this game. There was an xbox game a couple years ago I don't remember the name it might of been breakout not sure but the story was about the main character having to combat these beasts that only he and a couple others can fight. He would fight hand to hand do some acrobatics and had guns but it was all about the hand to hand. You were in the same first person. Don't get me wrong this is a great game just not super original.

the concept may seem unoriginal but the way the developers played it out make this game totally unique. Games like breakout and Half life are basic FPS, but mirrors edge makes the game controls seem like your actually running or w/e. and like you said "dont get me wrong" i love those games, and i might be wrong in some points but i believe its a totally unique and original.

I think this is original because its a game about free running but in first person. If it wasn't in first person then it would be like assassin's creed.
