All you 50 laff toons need to be set straight. Hollywoods won't invite you because of your laff. Not because of your suit! The reason we don't invite you also is because majority of 50s screw the rest of the group by making poor gag choices. Not something we want to deal with. Here is the solution! Do your tasks, level up gags and laff, then come back and you WILL get picked to do VP. The only acception is ubers.
I understand :P I ubered a few days ago and im not even a holly yet. I spent an hour in river and then an hour in summit trying to get a good group -_- I finally went with sos shoping.
Oh boy, Fan noobs were there, that had to be painful, as it is @lava172 i'm a glad hander at 89 laff, with two tracks maxed, i still have a hard time due to the fact that my sound is only elephant trunk, but i got a VP with 3 ubers, a strong toon who ditched, another one who didn't ditch, one went sad, and one couldn't agree with going with one of the Ubers Midnight Sky, SHEESH PEOPLE, IT'S JUST AN UBER DEAL WITH IT!
this is the story of my life in the boarding groups. when i was like a name dropper and had like 80 laff and maxed 3 of my gag tracks, no one gave me any time of day. now that im a two-face, all gags maxed 109 laff, i cant stop getting invites and angry people saying: JOIN MY BOARDING GROUUUPP!!!!
@daddyrules100 Maxed ubers aren't really that good, they only have max throw and squirt and low toon. my toon is a 67 laugh and i have wedding and opera, stom cloud, bamboo, quicksand, and piano

@echowatcher It has nothing to do with gags and laff, it has everything to do with skill. *Most* ubers have tremendous skill in the VP. I myself have 5 toons maxed in sell, 5 toons over 100 laff, and a maxed cash uber and maxed sell uber.

The total hard part of the VP is before you even enter. Why did ToonTown even make boarding groups? That just gives selfish toons an invitation to ignore you and go with other people. Sure, it was somewhat like this before, but was never worse than this. I am a Name Dropper, level 5, 55 laff. Yesterday, it took me 20 hours, yes, Twenty whole hours just to find a group and lose. Thumbs up if you're under 100 laff and you want toontown to stop these groups! Thank you for reading this.

@DJYC21215 That's not true, not all criminals have the right to bear arms. It's a right you are stripped of when you commit a felony. Anyway, the VP was made easy so smaller toons could participate. You would be right if this were 2004. But it's not it was dumbed down so the small toons can get their first experience with boss battles. Think about it, while in DG you are given tasks to go into the factory, which is how you get your suit. So if we use logic they can go into the VP too.
@PrincessKait1 In the state were i live in criminals still have the right to bear arms, although not for long with the new bill that got passed. Also a male in my state is not considered an adult till 21, yet when they turn 16 they can be charged as an adult. So using this logic since u can be charged as an adult at 16, you should start at 16. Again just because you can vp with lv 4 and 5 gags doesnt mean you should. And im from beta i know they dumbed the SBHQ down by ALOT.
@DJYC21215 It's a federal law. I do not agree that at 16 you should be completely considered an adult. At 16 if you murder someone that person better be charged as an adult otherwise at 18 their record would be wiped clean and they would be free to go. Plus there is a huge maturity difference between a 16 and 21 year old. By 21 you should be mature enough to handle alcohol. At 16 most aren't.

The last time i did this were when boarding groups didn't exist. It still stunk because people would leave to elevator right as the time ran out. But, I ran into seven Hollywoods with 110 laff or more. I got lucky cuz I got on the elevator with them. My toon was still weak, but they were so nice. Now it's too difficult to find nice Hollywoods because the noobs keep bugging them. I feel bad for you guys, and for Kait.
question when you got sent into vp on a boarding group you didn't want to join. Did you make through the first round without going sad before returning to the playground?

Once i waited 25 minutes in a lobby, after a while i got pissed off and left. xD I'm an uber myself, but the only reason they didnt invite me to there group was because i didnt have sound then. Well NOW i have sound and i better get into a boarding group or i'm gonna scream. xD
Also another frustrating thing ive encountered & a word of warning: Clicking "OK" to a caller toon or before you get a chance to see who it is, and he boards the elevator, and doesnt step off!

I'm a 78 laff cash uber, all maxed gags... maxed in Sell, and level thirdty in Cash. When I go into Sell lobby, the only thing people do is say "You're a cash uber. Push off and go max your cash suit." I just ignore them, and say, "You're not maxed in Boss. Go max your Boss suit." Then they shut up. :)

I have a story to tell about the amazing thing, courage. Now most people think a 42 laff person can't make a vp. I asked a max in everything toon and he said to me that I could make it. First time anybody ever said that to me. So I tried the vp and won. It was all thanks to that one toon. Thank you so much! :3
my first toon has 78 laff points... cold caller 3 or 4 ( something like that.) I cant remember, but next month I'll play more since this laptop won't except it untill administrator passwod is in but my family and me dont know what it is yet. ;_;, I'll need help, if you want me to help you, I can if you want me to, and I'll get the things i know what to get, I also have toontown playing cards lol.
My suggestion is say you are making a Video then you will get peoples attention and have leverage in there, most people judge by laff which is stupid but maybe it will help :)

No offense to any cold callers but invite after invite isn't very amusing to most toons I know, a good way may be the cold callers guild or the guild v 2.0 all you hve to do is web search and then it's easy to find em from there.
I have a tip for cold callers, For the first few times you vp GO WITH A STRONG FRIEND UNTIL YOU ARE ABOUT TELEMARKETER. by then you will have decent gags and sos cards to back you up. Thats how i became a telemarketer, and because i took the time to get better gags, Im a hollywood with 54 laff.

OMG! My sister was playing on her lvl 60 toon, and she wanted to do her first VP. . I was so annoyed with all of the big laffers who wouldn't let her in their group. We tried creating one with just 60 laff cold callers, but they all kept leaving the group. So then we called our aunt who is a maxed lvl 50 hollywood, and they all came swarming towards us! it was insane!!

ive been on there for 6 years now, im 12. its so fun to chill out on there, and i used to be a hollywood, but then i erased my toon. im working back up. im blue btw :)
I rly HATE boarding groups with all my blood, Thats won of the reasons old tt is better. Like one of my new toons is a name dropper and the hollys dont inv him, but they doont realize that i can vp and i have another toon with 114 laff thats maxxed in sell.
My toon has suits from all for HQs. They are Hollywood, Robberbaron, Double Talker, and a Pencil Pusher or Flunky (I forgot my bossbot suit LOL)
The Sellbot HQ and Cashbot HQ is SO easy when it comes to boarding groups with high people, but when it comes to Lawbot HQ its sometimes pretty hard to get a group. Bossbot HQ, I can barely get into a group, it takes usually half an hour. Now that I have noticed what is happening, I sneak callers into my group when I have a chance.

Yes I've gone to river and OMG IT HORRIBLE! I don't do VP's for tasks and gag training, I just do it for FUN! Yet, do you think that anyone else cares? NO. So that's why I joined the Cold callers guild. STORM THE ELEVATOR is a good way to go. Also it's fun to watch us charge into Sellbot towers XD

@Noonrider11 Ah, well it is a lot different now with boarding groups. I do miss the days where you could just shuffle your way on, but now it is possible to stand in the lobby for upward of 2 hours or more waiting for that one nice person to invite you. Try making another toon and seeing how it works when you are on the other side of things.
@PrincessKait1 I have to admit this but I think they are a OK idea.. beacuse sometimes, people that aren't ubers keep hopping in the elevator when noboy wants that toon, they all hop out and it TAKES FOREVER!!!! Here's the way to get farther to have people invite you. :) 1. do your toontasks to have higher laff. 2. Try getting better gags if your not a uber that maxed everything. 3. If you can choose a gag choose sound.

You would be right if this were 2004. But it's not it was dumbed down so the small toons can get their first experience with boss battles. Think about it, while in DG you are given tasks to go into the factory, which is how you get your suit. So if we use logic they can go into the VP too.

Also a male in my state is not considered an adult till 21, yet when they turn 16 they can be charged as an adult. @DJYC21215 It's a federal law. I do not agree that at 16 you should be completely considered an adult. At 16 if you murder someone that person better be charged as an adult otherwise at 18 their record would be wiped clean and they would be free to go. Plus there is a huge maturity difference between a 16 and 21 year old. By 21 you should be mature enough to handle alcohol. At 16 most aren't.

The last time i did this were when boarding groups didn't exist. It still stunk because people would leave to elevator right as the time ran out. But, I ran into seven Hollywoods with 110 laff or more. I got lucky cuz I got on the elevator with them. My toon was still weak, but they were so nice. Now it's too difficult to find nice Hollywoods because the noobs keep bugging them. I feel bad for you guys, and for Kait.

I'm a 78 laff cash uber, all maxed gags... maxed in Sell, and level thirdty in Cash. When I go into Sell lobby, the only thing people do is say "You're a cash uber. Push off and go max your cash suit." I just ignore them, and say, "You're not maxed in Boss. Go max your Boss suit." Then they shut up. :)

I have a tip for cold callers, For the first few times you vp GO WITH A STRONG FRIEND UNTIL YOU ARE ABOUT TELEMARKETER. by then you will have decent gags and sos cards to back you up. Thats how i became a telemarketer, and because i took the time to get better gags, Im a hollywood with 54 laff.

OMG! My sister was playing on her lvl 60 toon, and she wanted to do her first VP. . I was so annoyed with all of the big laffers who wouldn't let her in their group. We tried creating one with just 60 laff cold callers, but they all kept leaving the group. So then we called our aunt who is a maxed lvl 50 hollywood, and they all came swarming towards us! it was insane!!

When i vp, i usually go with a strong friend so i can get a good group. 72 laff with organic lure and it almost never misses and i love it. Btw you have inspired me to make an uber! She has lvl 4 gags so far. 16 laff. But during storm sellbot hq times, i found the uber nation group. And i wanted to join but they said my uber wasnt strong enough :( my main toon:

My toon has suits from all for HQs. They are Hollywood, Robberbaron, Double Talker, and a Pencil Pusher or Flunky (I forgot my bossbot suit LOL)
The Sellbot HQ and Cashbot HQ is SO easy when it comes to boarding groups with high people, but when it comes to Lawbot HQ its sometimes pretty hard to get a group. Bossbot HQ, I can barely get into a group, it takes usually half an hour. Now that I have noticed what is happening, I sneak callers into my group when I have a chance.

@PrincessKait1 actually when i was a cold caller i just hoped on th elevator and/or i did what i said, i went in with cold callers only and we won alot. its common sense. theres 20 callers and 1 hollywood. i think theres enough for 2 boarding groups of all cold callers

@PrincessKait1 and btw i was a caller 3 years ago before boarding groups and the bossbot hq existed. then i quit toontown at hollywood level 7 and now 2 1/2 years im hollywood lvl 19

@Noonrider11 Ah, well it is a lot different now with boarding groups. I do miss the days where you could just shuffle your way on, but now it is possible to stand in the lobby for upward of 2 hours or more waiting for that one nice person to invite you. Try making another toon and seeing how it works when you are on the other side of things.

@PrincessKait1 I have to admit this but I think they are a OK idea.. beacuse sometimes, people that aren't ubers keep hopping in the elevator when noboy wants that toon, they all hop out and it TAKES FOREVER!!!! Here's the way to get farther to have people invite you. :) 1. do your toontasks to have higher laff. 2. Try getting better gags if your not a uber that maxed everything. 3. If you can choose a gag choose sound.
