funny thing... some 5 year old noob tried to get ahold of my plane and i decided to shut down all my engines and go to a full nose dive. then i switched aircraft while hearing scream the whole way down from 40,000 feet. i saw the plane impact the ground and he left. 5 year old rage quit. i laughed my ass off for awhile after he left.

I know you're a kid and all...don't worry you'll certainly get more comfortable with it...do you have to stick with one air traffic controller or are their different servers...like let's say for instance some 5 year old manages to get ahold of his dads headset while he's away and sits there hallucinating about sesame street the whole time...are you stuck or can you switch to another live person without having to go back to the computer atc?

Your ILS clearance was "cleared to join the localizer". lol. you have to tell them how far away they are from the approach fix, what to cross at, then clear them for the approach. i mean even the phraesology was pretty whack. you cant really expect much more out of fsx tho lol.

its called progressive taxi. if a pilot is unfamiliar with the airport or doesn't have diagrams, you can ask for a progressive taxi and they'll guide you through taxiing.

7110.65 is the FAA Order.  Its essentially the U.S. Air Traffic Control bible. It reviews and lists all ATC procedures and it's proper phraseology. Its long but a MUST HAVE if you are interested in ATC.

IF you think this is pro ATC you are offering, you are sadly mistaken.

Anyone using the Gamespy network for ATC would do well to check out VATSIM. You will find properly trained ATC operators who will help you out if you don't know what you are doing. Great place to learn. Gamespy is full of this kind of garbage ATC run by host who think they know it all but don't have a clue, and who always powertrip.
