@Rickey85 Welll theres a lot of "427" cobras around, because thats the horsepower most are 351's. A real 427 side oiler um I doubt it.... for sake if it were real and also its like 500hp.... hehe I'm a big Mopar guy but I love all muscle and I kinda know my shit....

It was crazy. I think the car had right around 500 HP. We had the dyno sheet, but the gearing made it completely out of control off the track!

I totally agree. The modified cars are so much more fun. Every time we take out a stock "muscle car", such as a 1978-1979 Trans Am, I'm always looking under the hood expecting to see cylinders missing. ;)

This car was a monster, but I couldn't get it to hook up without burning the tires. Beautiful car though vs its stock 350 CI.

Unfortunately the car has been sold. However, not sure about the MPG or top speed but I believe it ran in the high 10s in the quarter but I could be wrong.

I had a ride in a 2,800 lb 69 Z28 with a 600ci BBC... Making ~800 to the tires all motor. We did a 30-130 pull faster than I could imagine, and it scared the HELL out of me! I love driving fast cars, but when you get into the 'barely street legal drag car' section... They get insane to handle!

Thank you for your comment! First, it's important to hear your opinion as we agree with what you said, it's about the car and the viewer not Adam and he knows that. However, we did split testing and we found out that the videos got a better response if people could see the "trees going by" vs the front shot, which doesn't really show the car's true power. We also noticed that the audio was a bit better aiming to the side vs the front.

well, i made that comment before i was like even 2 minutes into it. my bad. but over all you did a good job on the video. i would say, mix it up a bit you know, like you said and did. get some views of the drivers expressions, some frontend shots as he accelerates, and some passing shots of trees and what not so the people get a total feel for the in car feel you know? do it like you did, mix it up a bit! maybe look at the tac to or something, to get an idea of how high he's revving it to.

Yes, the idea of the chase car etc was really good on Paul's part and we're doing our best to make the entertaining, but more focused on the cars themselves. We're also trying as many new techniques as possible and testing as we go.
