  • Instead of pepper jack, Mozzerella. Instead of sour dough, a sub sandwich roll. And use bacon and sausage as a topping

  • Comment removed

  • looks fantastic

  • I would probably make more of a cheese sauce or mix cream cheese with shredded cheddar so that it would bake up more rather than just be a goopy mess.

  • I'd add bacon!

  • spring onions*

  • fuck football

  • @lloyds30,

Easy on the language dude, kids watch this stuff.

  • @KPMrox238 they can handle it, every kid has heard swearing before

  • @lloyds30

That doesn't mean that they should've.

  • @KPMrox238 I know but they are going to see swearing eventually, they are at least 13 so Im sure they swear daily themselves and tbh swearing isn't harmful its just expression of feelings, I don't believe there should be a taboo on certain words

  • @lloyds30

I understand. I only did that because my dad was in the room. I watch at least 3 - 6 hours of nothing but swearing and hilarity on YouTube each day.

  • I would make it the same way but add a little less green onions, blend up some italian garlic sauce (so it is not so chunky) pour it all over the bread and then put it back in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Also, I will add bacon bits to give the bread more flaver inside and out.

  • PUT BACON BITS!

  • I would of put some cookrs shreded chicken in it and once it's done dip it in some ranch YUM :-)

  • I'd mince up some garlic, throw that in some ranch dressing with cajun spice and use that as a sauce (same thing Round Table Pizza's garlic sauce is), shredded pizza cheese blend, chopped up hot links, sauteed mushrooms, and some chopped up cilantro. Let the broiler hit it at the end for just a few minutes to get the top crunchy and have some of that cheese bake into the top.

  • I made this and changed it with Ham, Pineapple, and cheese Yum Yum

  • maybe some tomatoes and mushrooms and gouda and finaly some proscutto ham

  • Meat potatoes sliced tomatoes some spinach or celery mozzerela cheese.

  • Totally put some meat in it. And try to get some potatoes in it too. Cheddar instead of pepper jack. Broccoli and diced carrot and tomatoes!

  • add minced garlic with a dash or salt pepper and paprika to the butter before u melt it .. :)

  • I'd put some crush red pepper on it. i love spicy food.

  • I'd probably put some diced ham on top and have some chees on top of that again=)

  • should do bacon and provalone with garlic butter

  • Id make it like a pizza. Use some Mozzeralla and Chedder cheese and garlic butter with your choice of pizza topping (Id use a pepperoni stick or whatever and dice it up into tiny squares) Then Id have some sauce to dip in it =D Hmmm, might have to try and make this for the Super Bowl.

  • You ruined it with the poppy seeds

  • bacon / cheese / peppers and green onions /bit of mince meat for the meatlovers :))

  • melted cheese is just so good.....too good

  • I'd try ground beef personally maybe some bacon too.

  • Wauw thats one huge calory bomb..... Mmmm looks awesome, i love that its crunchy :) Def. gonna try this at home :)

  • Brie bacon and japopenos

  • pepperjack bacon and sourcream on the side to dipp in

  • tomatoes and cheese to make a pizza bread

  • Garlic, black peper, swiss cheese, and dip it i. Ranch dressing :)

  • Lol. 'Just imagine i'm a bar-b-q.. Hahah that made me laugh. (That and how freaking Giant it was)

  • I did the vegan version of this and it was amazing! Thanks Jack.

    God Bless

  • i wish u lived in my house

  • peperoni bits with marinara sauce to dip it in.

  • Bacon bits, jalapeños, banana peppers, garlic, sour cream and MORE BACON

  • in austria were dont have so sourdough bread can i take normal loaf of bread?

    :D

  • i would keep the peber, and use peccorino and gouda for cheese.

I have no idea what pepperjack is, we dont have it in denmark :D

  • I would porbably add garlic power, onion power and real bacon bits to the top.

  • put garlic and bacon

  • Cute Tweety bowl :).

  • add bacon, ham, and some corn

  • cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon bits. make it like a loaded potato skin

  • add bacon, everything is better with bacon:)

  • Make it with some corn bread instead of Sourdough, and use it with the Superbowl chili you made last year :D

  • Super cheesy pizza bread! Dip in marinara sauce... Awwww yeahhh let's go ROMO!

  • I would add black pepper and garlic salt

  • i cook mine similar but i use mottzerella cheese and add salami or pepperoni pieces in the cracks along with pepperchinis.

  • I would add mayonnaise

  • Bacon

  • Hey Jack never mind the football food for the guys what about the girls night in dishes lol

  • I would have packed it with shredded cheddar and seasoned/cooked ground beef, chives, bacon bits. Also, the butter part is gross, I'd use a light layer of olive oil instead.

  • i have made something similar to this with chicken and buffalo sauce and cream cheese :D

*gets a bucket for your watering mouth* :P

  • WOOT Cowboys! Saw them last week, such a great game.

Going to make this in a week or two for a game were watching at a friends place, I'll let you know how it turns out.

  • nice job looks delicious

  • I love your videos

  • you are a true inspiration jack......you are a food genius......thank you for every thing you do

  • can you use mozzarella?

  • I'd put slices of pepperoni in it!! Also might put something like ranch powder with the butter and brush the bread with the ranch butter...

  • Good Job, I've done that with different kind of bread and it takes great!

  • This looks great. Jack your whole show is great. I've been watching it for years. It's fantastic!

  • BACONNNNNN

  • maby some red onnion and blue cheese for a bit of strength

  • Id prolly use mozzarella, garlic butter, and basil

  • Add some cayenne pepper :)

  • Thank you so much for these videos, I never cooked anything but eggs, toast and cereal before these haha. Now I try to make everything after every video you post!

  • I'd probably put mozzarella and cheddar cheese instead, and make it garlic butter instead. :3

Then serve it with some sort of marinara dip, maybe.

  • @peoplecallmeagoth Exactly what I would do too, except I would put some grated mozzarella after the first 15 mins to give it a nice grated look.

  • @peoplecallmeagoth Wow i couldn't have said it better. :D

  • i'm starting to like this show more and more:D

  • Put some more cheese on top for the second time you put it in the oven, then add some relish maybe when serving? :)

    mmm, looks great Jack :)

  • oooh yeah cowboys all the way...

  • is butter neccessary?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?

  • @hyerinn Are all the question/exclamation marks necessary?

  • @hyerinn you for real?

  • I agree with previous comments...maybe some bacon, pickled jalapenos, black olives, as well as diced red pepper and /or red onion for colour. Oh, and I would use gruyere or ementhal cheese....maybe some grated parmesan on top. I like the idea of poppy seeds if for nothing else but the added texture. Great job Jack!

  • have you lost weight jack?

  • i would put meat in it :)

  • bacon!

  • Jak,

Im 12 and I love your show, and i know this has nothing to do with football, but could you try my grilled cheese recipe? you butter a pan and throw 2 pieces of bread and wait till the bottom side is crispy then flip it over and throw a piece of cheese on one slice and flip the other one over and through a bit more butter in the pan and cook on both sides til' crispy. Thanks :)

  • bacon or pepperoni.

  • BACON!

  • yuummm thats a really good idea !!

if i try it i would put italian flavours

  • I really need to stop watching your videos at 12:00 am XD

  • That looks delicious. I think I'll make that for a big hockey game night (Go Habs!), but with some garlic in there, and maybe some variety in the cheese, like with one half cheddar, the other have jack. And some bacon on half of it, to accommodate the carnivores without excluding the vegetarians.

  • There should be duck liver in there

  • Or maybe cheese whiz and flaming hot cheetos.... Jk :P

  • This is what my youth pastor would call food porn..... YUM. Haha I would put ColbyJack cheese, bacon, butter, and onions!

  • I would put extra sharp cheddar, cubed ham, bacon and ragu with mushrooms.

  • Made this last night.. I added bacon and garlic..was amazing!

  • @badboyj7 where are the pics? I'm sure it's all gone now. LOL

  • @badboyj7 Everything is better with bacon!

  • Is 350 degree Fahrenheit ? I guess so, because in Celsius it would be a bit too hot :P

Would be good though if you say it with the number, so your fans from all over the world won't get confused :)

  • @MasterFPunkt I will try to give the units of measure next time as this: 350F

    sorry.

  • @MasterFPunkt Or, you would know that the standard unit in USA is Farenheit

  • I would put motz cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic butter, and oregano :)

  • I would have used a garlic butter! ;)

  • that is like 5000 calories.

  • @xLegacyy you're not supposed to eat the whole thing...

  • @xLegacyy Yeah. If you eat the whole loaf. It's for 8 people.

  • Make samosa's!

  • Bacon pieces!!

  • @elizaFREAK u got that right

  • adding garlic poweder would be more delisious :D

  • I would make the sour dough roll into a bread bowl. Fill it with my favorite spinach dip recipe, and serve it with wheat crackers. eating the bowl after the dip is gone is tasty too. The spinach dip soaks into the bread, making it delicious.

  • And... it's FAT FREE!!!

  • you should review the orGREENic non-stick pan!!

  • It is sooo unhealthy its not funny but it tastes soo good!

  • This is really good!!! My family loves it. During the last 10 minutes of cooking I also

sprinkled shredded cheese on top...very good!

  • @dvuschk good job.

  • 350 for 15 minutes?

How about 1200 for 2 seconds?

  • SHARP Chedder cheese, bacon, and scallions.

  • I would put bacon on top with maybe midst herbs and some sundried tomatoes and of course some nice cheddar

  • Nice!!!! Hey jack you should start doing viewer intros. We can make a short lil intro and every time you have a new show you can have the intro of what your viewers made. That would be a cool idea huh?

  • Jack... Can I move in with you? XD

  • I haven't watched your videos in a bit, but JACK 2.0 is AMAZING!

  • bacon pieces would be good on it

  • BACON WEAVE !!!! :D

  • You should review the flavor wave halgen oven or somthing like it. I don't know if you have the company JML in the U.S but i have there brand.

  • Sauteed sliced mushrooms and onions in garlic & butter. Mozzarella & provolone cheese, bacon bits, scallions on top with a light topping of red pepper flakes. Oh yes, the ideas are rolling in. I'm making this. :D

  • Also, Jakatak's recipes aren't for the dieters.

  • SCALLIONS? I always say they're green onions and good on that rice porridge that has many names.

  • I would use a creamy blue cheese... something like gorgonzola, with fresh basil, sliced garlic and chilli powder :)

  • YUMMMMMM!! Cheezy bread do want!! :D

  • I would put bacon a garlic on it!!

    I"m totally gonna make this!!

    Larissa <3

  • @LarissaNicole1 I was about to say exactly the same! Bacon & Garlic. Or maybe Pesto instead of Garlic since there is already Garlic in Pesto :)

  • Garlic powder, Brie, Pinch of salt, cracked black pepper, Green onions, topped with cheddar cheese.

  • Bacon and a nice cheddar cheese. Oh my!

  • to inprove it to make an already good desien better I can just say one word...... meat

  • Garlic Powder, Oregano and Black Pepper dispersed in the Butter. Red Onions and a good Gouda.

  • ground beef for a taco experience

  • GARLIC !!!!!!

I almost cried when you never said garlic.

  • That looks AWESOME! I cannot wait to make that!

  • i would replace the butter with olive oil and poppy seeds for rosmerry and garlic

  • Bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella and black sesame seeds. YUM :)

  • @jakatak69

but some garilc on it. yum

  • id put green and red onions on it with a garlic butter and salami and pastomi i cant spell sorry

  • garlic/onion powders, bacon and cheese

  • I'd probably add a bit of garlic powder to this recipe and a side of probably marinara to dip it into but otherwise this looks WAY delicious.

  • Bacon bits, mashed potatoes and, 3 types of cheese.

  • Cheddar, bacon bits, butter with cajun seasoning or ground cayenne and garlic powder mixed in it. Mmmmmmm.

  • ooh seems like a little too much butter to me!

  • Jack I am a n00b with scallions and I am wondering when I should stop cutting. I see the white part at the bottom, so should I stop there? Your videos are great man keep it up

  • @MrButterworth24

you can cut down to the white parts but just make sure you don't include any of the little white roots. I believe the stronger flavors are within the white part of the scallions.

  • @MrButterworth24 you cut all the way unless you only want the green color in your dish then toss the white area. I trim both ends and use it all. Very delicious.

  • bacon strips.... and bacon strips.... and bacon strips.... and bacon strips.... and bacon strips.... and bacon strips.... and bacon strips.... AND MORE EFFING BACON STRIPS!!!!

  • I looks amazing. I would add bacon, and Mix cheese like using pepper jack and some other kind of cheese

  • cheddar, chorizo and chives ... JAES!

  • LOVE!! What an amazing idea for a football snack! I'm thinking it would be really great with chili. Okay for my variation... what about shredded Gruyere cheese and mushrooms that have been sauteed in olive oil, butter and garlic until super caramelized? I'm going to try that over the next little while and will let you know how it turned out :-)

  • @TheKitchenWitch1 I can't wait to hear about it. Please post pictures at my page facebook (dot) com / cookingwithjack

  • chedder, garlic and mixed herbs with a good helping of jalepenos and maybe some chipotle with the butter mixture...nice one jack, this looks delicious.

  • can we use french bread?

  • @21acebig any bread will work.

  • Sorry man but that looks disgusting. And you need to get yourself and echocardiogram before you eat any more cheese.

  • I would add garlic chives and some parsley

  • That looks good I wish they could add aromas to youtube!

  • bacon and cupcake mix

  • I knew there was something i really liked about you...How bout' them Cowboys?! :D Great finger food.

  • Me personally i would use a combo of alternating sharp cheddar and swiss and instead of poppy seeds minced garlic. Also along with the green onions i would add diced roma tomatoes. just add them on the second cooking.

  • @Laurabeth9999 great changes. sounds awesome.

  • I make something really similar to this. I use a homemade sourdough loaf and use gruyere, parmesan, and swiss. Instead of drizzling the butter I mix garlic into it and brush it on the loaf. I use chives and on the bottom of our serving dish under the bread I put balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and crushed red pepper.

  • BACON! AND SOME PIZZA SAUCE!

  • Garlic! Where's the garlic?
