sounds to me like you either spun a bearing on your rod cap or your rocker arm needs major adjusting before you wear out your cam shaft

Wow, that motor's begging for a rebuild. My 3.4 is making a little tapping noise at that same speed, but its not loud. Dunno what the problem could be, but oh well, I'm putting it up for sale anyways.
