Here they scan the plates and it will tell them if the reg. is not up to date. If the type and paint job does not match they will be caught, too. There are just 2 roads out of town; our car crime is way down!

To lessen the fake sticker, the LTO should color code the sticker yearly not just concentrated in green color and print the plate number and chassis number in the sticker, I think that's a better way

pare magpakamatay ako kung hindi ginastusan ang video na to! ang tagal ko ng gumagawa ng video gamit ang ordinaryong camera pero hindi ko makuha ang ganito kalinaw na video,, hehehe may budget to hindi tulad ng narinig ko sa tv patrol na gamit daw nito ay ordinary camera,, \m/ pero okey na rin ksi may pakinabang ang public sa mga video na to!
