  • Food storage my friends is not a religious notion. Its called common sense. Sorry! It doesn't belong to Catholics or Mormons. I grew up on a farm, we neither Catholic or Mormon. We put food back, prepared for failed crops, bad times and winter. We rarely bought anything from the store. We canned just about everything. My Mom and Dad learned the importance of being prepared from their parents who lived through the Great Depression.I wish everyone would practice putting back food, prepare for lifes

  • Before I join the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints I went to a Catholic school for nine years and not once I have heard or seeing any food storage program. Who ever you are you are not a true christian but a bully one. Take care...

  • Mormons have been promoting food storage ever since they were run out of Illinois for running a theocracy and breaking the law. You need extra food when the law is after you...haha

  • @awolLDSasap

so informed....;) It is true, in Missouri, it was illegal to be mormon and live in Missouri---it was also legal to kill mormons in that state till the late 70's. So yes, we have survived by being prepared :)

  • This is great I love it!

  • Food storage and being prepared is good for everyone, not just LDS folks. This is an excellent video!

  • Sick that the mormons are so envious of the Catholics that they wanna take credit for having food storage when the Catholics were the first to have that, the mormons just HAVE to be one up on the true church of 1.5 Billion members... the charities have a lot more in the world then what the mormons have

  • @secretbandmember2 I went to a catholic high school run and taught by nuns. This is the first I've heard of Catholics having long term food storage.

  • Shut up you loser. You don't know what you are talking about.

  • Awesome strategy for economic hardship or political unrest. i don't have that much space in my house for that much food, but i could aim for having one month's supply "just in case" - Here in Canada the Employment Insurance Department is overwhelmed with applications for benefits and I hear that people don't get their first cheque until 30 days after applying. Good to have a supply of food while waiting for the cheque to come.

  • Excellent video! Mrs. Adlard your family should be looked at as an inspiration to others on how to become prepared. It's a big job but one step at a time it all it takes.

  • Way to go sister, you're a mormon popstar. Hope we get some royalties.

  • This sounds like a wonderful way to get the food storage started and going!

Food storage is definitely a great thing for us ALL to have!
