  • Someone needs to "gag" gaga !! And do us all a favor!!

  • @Nutriloc1 Anyone who listens to her has no taste in music at all. That isn't music...it's trash! Nat is music, nice songs , you can hear every word, and feelings in the songs.

  • I like that last comment! :)

  • Nat king cole, there will never be another you

  • I so love this song; many wonderful versions from 50's but Nat King Cole's is one of the best.

  • There will be not never another like you

  • Whimsical other-Worldly shot of 2-Moons rise...there must be a planet of Peace & Beauty out there where Music like this is appreciated by eternal lovers...... check out the Hubble-Space Telescope & Nat singing "Stardust'. WOW! He was great. Thanks to my Mom, Betty Jo L~RIP~ & her piano for music like this being laid down in my DNA when I was young. Love you forever Mom. And thanks Nat for giving me an alternative to listen to as I am now getting mature & able to listen w a more appreciative ear

  • j aime

  • Nat seriously is one of the most talented singers I've ever had the pleasure of hearing. They just don't make them like that anymore.

  • Why couldn't I tell her this as I watched her walk away...

  • @rushtongarth so true man :(

  • I PERSONALLY LOVE GAGA AND NAT KING COLE AND ALL GREAT MUSICIANS. I THINK PEOPLE MISJUDGE GAGA, but i am sure LATE September her track with TONY BENNETT WILL SHOCK PEOPLE HOW TALENTED SHE IS. SHE GOES BACK TO THE NAT KING ERA And believe you me she got soul

  • @munuveb

    lol. comparing Gaga to Nat??

  • @LDis1 NO comparison!

  • This wonderful man put the MELLOW in MELODY!

  • unforgettable song

  • This song brings tears to my eyes. Not because it is beautiful, which it is, but because it makes me think "Why can't we have great musicians like this anymore?". So much class and talent was around back then, all of which is gone now.

  • Bad news for any Australians listening!

  • Legendary indeed.

  • I was only fourteen when I started listening to his songs. That was in 1967.

  • Nat Cole and a Nelson Riddle arrangement, so timeless.

  • Who are Bieber and Gaga? Are they consummate artists like Nat Cole? It seems unlikely.

  • right!! beiber and gaga are like fastfood, cheap and messy, but nat's is a gourmet food always love by many because of it's unexplainable taste, great taste!!! sorry for the gaga and beiber fans, that's only my comment, nothing personal.!!!

  • @chinobelle1 Couldn't have said it better myself. Thankyou.

  • wonderful songs

  • This song hurts me. It's really great.

  • As I listen to this very lovely song, I share the story of a boy and a girl who lost each other, he listened to this, today, they have found eachother again. Very lovely lovely song. Thank you for sharing.

  • @mbl1323 get youtube to mp3 converter by dvdvideosoft

  • QUALITY music is timeless! It's just that simple. It's too bad that today's generation is too stupid to appreciate what REAL music is all about!

  • Wonderful music!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the real art and this will live forever.

  • I still think of you mrs oxberry. Ken.

  • Another Nat King Cole favorite on my playlist. This music has & will stand the test of time.

  • Kudos for the music HylianSpirit. But I would like to know where did you get the wallpaper scene from?? Its fantastic!!!

  • I was at my girlfriend's house when this played on a radio station, and we just lied down and listened... This is one of those songs that takes your attention away from whatever you're doing and makes you sit/lie down, close your eyes and enjoy...

God, I'm waiting for the day that this music makes it's glorious comeback...

  • This is perfect!

  • All of his music brings me to tears.I know I am playing this music at my wedding

  • Is anyone still writing beautiful songs like this? Lyrics that can stand alone like poetry? Melodies you can actually whistle or hum to yourself? There never would have been a Nat Cole without these beautiful songs.

  • A classic penned by the immortal Salvatore Anthony Guaragna--Harry Warren to you.

  • this song has made me cry .. im 30 years old i grew up with parents who adored Nat .. and when my dad passed away we had his unforgettable played .... this song though its truly beautiful and what a voice his voice is faultless

  • @kezza06 I'm sure your dad was a great man

  • lol! Has me in tears! What a singer, what a guy.Fabulous and no, there'll never be another you, Nat

  • I'm used to the Andrews Sisters' version!

  • If you ever loved and then lost someone, this is the song that makes it so personal...it aches the heart with its simplicity and beauty...Peace

  • every consant hit and with a voice unmatched

  • Great track...... Terry

  • I absolutely love this song. It makes me yearn for someone to love.

  • The way they sing before is just so raw without the enhancements of digital technology! So when you listen to these kind of songs... it's as if, he is only singing for you, just you!!!!!

So beautiful! it just uplifted my spirit!!!!!!!

  • Man.. this kind of music is so soothing. Pure nostalgia. Why isn't there any good music nowadays? I listen to it every single day to make my life better. Great piece by a true master. This cover is gorgeous as well:

  • Im from Colombia, I was born here but I dont know somehow I feel really identified with this kind of music, and many others singers, Louis Amstrong, Frank S., Its like I already have listened this music before, I could cry every single time I listen to something like this but because the insanity of the feeling and nothing related with sadness

  • i always think of the end of "the world according to Garp" when this song plays at the end... then, due to that movie's subject matter, even though im 16, i think about the people that i love and if they were gone, how i'd maybe on many occasions, sit back and remember them, and then the realization will hit me again that they're not coming back and i'll just sit there sad that they're gone but happy that i got to love them for the time that they were here.

  • Absolutely beautiful

  • Old times are better than the present. The music, the glow, the love, the appreciation of such beautiful and unmatchable tune of Nat King Cole, there will never be another him. Songs that bring my heart to such pounding, that brought my eyes to tears, Nat King Cole, you really are unforgettable.

  • I dislike the 11 people who dislike this song

  • THERE WILL NEVER BE ANY OTHER NIGHTS LIKE THIS:: WOW MY WIFE AND I DANCE REAL SLOW TO SUCH MAGICAL MUSIC . THANKS YOU TUBE

  • There will never be another Nat King Cole. He was a one in a million talent and a great gentleman.

  • True there will never be another you but there will be someone better than you. So see ya.

  • @chicazup I can't believe ANYONE could dislike Nat King Cole! Sad what 'music' has become now a days. There is so much less beauty in most the stuff being touted out there today................

  • There Will Never Ever Be Another You...<3

  • There Will Never Be Another You...<3

  • I think they played this song at the end of The World According to Garp....and I was hooked . Beautiful.

  • i swear I have listened this song every time i turned on the computer, since i have known this song Im humming this song every conscious moment. I will never get enough with nat's songs. sigh.........

  • you right!!!!!the film was "the world according to grab"at the end of the film Nate played that song, how can i forgettt...thanks for the memories Nate and thank you also you thebackgroundartiste

  • I think of my late husband when I listen to this song and Nat King Cole's version is the best you will ever hear. So what if I cry every time? He was worth an ocean of tears.I think it can be found on the soundtrack of "The World According to Garp" because it is played at the end but I'm not certain. Thank you HylianSpirit for posting, and I think it is a very nice picture.

  • In my real life its very awkward to talk about nat's songs in my community, they all listening to bieber, gaga, etc. and i was feeling like i was very dumb when they re discussing about music. It seems that i cant find the community to talk about sublime music like nat's. This song brings the tears from my eyes with the smile on face. Thank you for this beeeeeeutiful song.

  • @enlightmentage What the others are listening to ISN"T music, and you ARE NOT dumb ! My mother has always been a Nat King Cole fan and I grew up to appreciate him and many wonderful artists who were not of my generation. So what? I love music from the 20's,30's ,40's and 50's because that was when real songs with beautiful music and beautiful, literate and clever lyrics were written. There are exceptions of course but most of the "music" written today is bilge and not fit for anyone.

  • @enlightmentage hey you should talk about this music more because, i myself am a struggling jazz musician. people don't appreciate music n e more and its terrible. this new sound the world got a taste for, tastes like shit to me. this is where music took flight. and if you love it so much you shouldn't feel embarrassed liking this. id say you walk down your streets skattin' to ella fitz or humming to cole haha just thought id recognize your comment :)

  • @kylepatton100oh hey thanks . actually Im a classical people but i also love the great songs like nat, ella, como, julie london . I mean those singers were "singing" not screaming or shouting. I love listening their songs and comprehend the clever lyrics . I dont feel so bad now because those music will never die and im not listening to please others but myself . Lets see if bieber 's songs would last for 5 years!

haha I dont know how to skattin but well its fun to listen 'em !

  • Good Morning enlightmentage

It can some times be difficult when your community have a tendancy to like a different type of music. At the moment in the UK, ADELE has two singles in the top 5, she is a very mournful wonderful singer, she has kept Lady Gaga off the top for two sweet weeks now. So there is hope LOL enjoy your music

    maggie

  • @enlightmentage it's sad, isn't it? actually, michael buble's not doing a bad job bringing back this kind of music

    that could make anyone smile

  • @enlightmentage don't worry, i tell my groupie in algebra that I hear music from the 30's all the way up to nowadays, everybody looks at me like i'm craaaaaazy.

  • @enlightmentage

I feel you, enlightmentage. Those songs of Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole... and the likes of them. People around me... all of them like the trash music that Lady Gaga ETC churns out.

  • @enlightmentage Beiber & Gaga are like fast food, Nat is gourmet music.

  • @dostrov2006 More like Beiber and Gaga are school lunches, complete with hair and mold, Nat King Cole is a lunch packed lovingly by your dear mum, and she cooks like Emril.

  • @enlightmentage You have to find your compadres on the Internet for things like this. When you have a "rare" interest, it's great having the Internet to find other people who like what you do.

  • @enlightmentage I feel that same way

  • @enlightmentage

I just want to encourage you to be your individual self! The reason this music touches you, is because it has lyrics and a melody that are timeless and universal. All of the jazz standards are that way - they tell a story (usually about love, something we all can relate to) with a simple melody that everyone's ear can enjoy. Sounds a bit childish, but that's really what makes a great song. Please continue your love of good music - musicians need you to listen to their music!!

  • @enlightmentage never be embarrassed or ashamed of wonderful music EVER xxx Just listen enjoy & educate, let your friends hear some then let them judge xxx

  • @enlightmentage welcome to the internet, we like what you like

  • @enlightmentage It means you are better than they are. Im being serious. :D

  • @enlightmentage i know when i say "I love Frankie's music" no one knows that i mean Frank sinatra and when i say Frank Sinatra they are always like "Who the hell is that?"

  • @enlightmentage Well said my friend. When Nat sang a beautiful song he made it much more than just a beautiful song. Nat took music and touched your soul with it. That isn't mere talent. That is an extraordinary gift from above!

  • i listened to this song and somehow i started crying and singing to the lyrics without even having heard the song before

  • @chicazup oh yeah cause it's such much work to put one background picture in a video with audio, this is a one star video, and i said video not song.

  • @alexander4200 What's with you, buddy? I didn't put this up for the ratings; I put this up to share a beautiful song that's relatively hard to find, with others, who appreciate it as I do. As for the image, surely you would agree that it's better than a blank video...?

    Happy New Year.

  • great great we love this song

  • great great we like this sing

  • Oh this is so beautiful!

  • thanks the VIEW

  • fantastic outstanding music, the ease with which he sings this.. the strings and his voice, unbelievable!

  • great song!

  • this song makes me break down.......i dedicate this song to the woman of my dreams, the mother of my children the woman who stood by me thru thick and thin this ones for you baby i love you clara.............with all my fucking heart ........there will never be another one like you youre one in a billion i kiss you so much =(

  • Many people rant about how great Sinatra's singing was.

I think Nat Cole outsang him by far.

Nat sang with such soul and vocal poise, that you literally feel the emotions he sang about.

How often did Sinatra's singing do that?

  • @LoboKhan1 Sinatra is great in a different way.His presence, his movie roles, his rat pack days,Vegas, his concerts, ect.I have to disagree a little with you.I feel that Frank did have a good voice, just very different.Very Lounge/Vegas feel to it.However I agree with you in that I do feel like Nat does have a far superior voice and a calming humble presence that has not been matched to this day.If someone said that NKC was the greatest voice to grace our speakers I wouldn't argue with that!

  • there will be other songs to sing.... another fall... another spring..... but there will never be another you.............& thank God for that!......... for I'll be standing here with someone new...... on adreambeach....

  • It's so wonderful!

    In French : C'est tellement merveilleux !

  • Of male singers, he had the most beautiful voice. Just superb !

  • A voice unconfundable !

  • Such phrasing - such a blessing that he gave in to singing over his piano playing days. I really love those 50s LPs and this is a perfect reason why

  • Yes, there will NEVER BE ANOTHER NAT COLE...Nor ANOTHER HARRY WARREN, the composer of this gem! A combo made in heaven!! :)

  • Thanks for letting me listen to Nat sing all these lovely songs.Brings back lovely memories over my 80 yrs.

  • Sublime... there really is just one. Thank you for posting.

  • wonderfull!thank you for sharing :)

  • Why did we have to move away from natural talent? If only the phrase "history always repeats itself" applied to music like this...RIP, Nat. Though, as long as your singing, you'll never die. Hopefully the many generations ahead will allow you to continue doing so...

  • stunning...love and joy to nat

  • My mom loved the singing of Nat King Cole. Now when I hear his songs I think of her playing his 45's on a little RCA phonograph set up on a thrown away table in a mostly bare room. My dad would find a way to buy them for her. We were poor but I never knew it.

  • @siksikaua >ur post is sO refreshing it touches my heart, bringing tears to my eyes, wishing, it was yesterday< thanku for ur honesty ilove you for it, god bless you, i too lOve nat king cole, this is a song someone dedicated to me, its kinda like our song ;) sincerely, island couture

  • @siksikaua God bless your dad and mother

  • @siksikaua I always smile when I read this. Thanks. :-)

  • cannot belive 10 people don't like this!!!

  • @LiamOB1996 10 out of 100. Who cares. There will always be haters, envious, jealous, people who dont know what real music, sound, voice, talent really is. There stuck in todays modern day pop music that isnt music. Just crap made for business owners to make money (more money) than they already have. Today's music is dumned down, simplified for those who dont know music. Fortunately we have Nat King Cole and many others who will never be forgotten. We will always enjoy there music till the end.

  • @chasm47000 - Thank U for your post. your so on point with your comments. thank u. I love the classic romantic music.

  • When, I play Nat's songs for my mum, she always sheds a tear, thinking of her dear departed husband, she tells me, that this mans songs were so special in their lives together. Rock on Nat, thankyou, for giving mum some solace.

  • Beautiful song. I am a young man, but listening to this kind of song and singers like Mr. Nat King Cole, I think that those years when this music was popular people knew how to live and had a more enjoyable existence, at least they listened to beautiful music with lyrics and feelings. You had to fall in love when you listen to music of this kind. Nowadays everybody is stressed out, bitter, unhappy, insecure and rude. And on top of that fat and dirty. Thank you for sharing this, it is needed.

  • @PureSoapCleans Thank you for your comment. 'Nowadays everybody is stressed out, bitter, unhappy, insecure and rude. And on top of that fat and dirty.' Well, yes - it was a different world then; I should know, because I'm 64. Stressed out, rude, fat - yes. Everyday life was more simple, then. But nowadays I wouldn't want to miss the internet plus YouTube, green products and better medication. But yes, Nat King Cole, Ella & Louis et al belonged to that more casual age!

  • @BuckshotLaFunke, like I said, I am a young man and know that we are not in the 1950's anymore and I do appreciate the advances that we have in today's world, but I refuse to become bitter, fat and ignoring the good that we had in the past. Most of my friends haven't heard of Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee or Jo Stafford and they do not care either, that's what I was referring to. I am glad that my parents appreciated this music and introduced me to those great artists.

  • Music appreciation is simply understanding and "appreciating" the fact that all genres of music have certain songs that are worth remembering and enjoying.

From rap, to hip hop, to heavy metal, classical, country, ALL have some songs that are relevant and can stir emotions and trigger certain feelings. Don't be closed minded. There is great music everywhere. You might have a certain preference for a certain type but look closely enough and you'll find greatness in all the genres

  • @jsoccerr1 this post goes on facebook. well said!

  • these beautiful nodes ......which great and skilled saxophone players play from there sax...... is very difficult to be sung ...... only two musical instruments which can copy almost every thing that a human throat can do... thats sax..... indian flute & ofcourse a singer's throat... and what a great voice he has got to play such complex music throgh his voice.... just like playing sophisticated sax... love this voice

  • dein platz in meinem herzen wird nie vergehen. nur dich für immer. ich liebe dich thomas mein darlingchen.

  • FYI: This tender classic is featured in the 1982 film, "The World According To Garp"

  • absolutely divine, though melancholy song, that brings tears to my eyes remembering a lost love

  • Ahh...the days when you actually had to be able to sing, and sing well, to gain notoriety.

  • Smooth and velvety - Like Butter, Like Butter!! Yummy!

  • Yet another fabulous song from Nat, whom I adore. I love his music, with all my heart. He is the greatest.

  • So tender, so velvety , ''like a million dreams ''

  • Great music! I dedicate this song to my beloved RAE.

  • Great song, great music.....and undeniable GREAT singer....NAT KING COLE!!!

  • Please tell me where to get that photo you have there. It is beautiful. Also thanks for the beautiful music.

  • There will never ever be another voice like Nat King Cole.

  • cool story bro

  • Music to romance your sweetheart to. Play this one together with Nat's version of "The Very Thought Of You". Same slow tempo.

  • Man....Nat sings those songs you fall in love too.

  • This is so beautiful.

  • There Will Never Be Another you Mijn Mooie

    Only you mijn lieve

    Ik hou Van Jou!

  • Dedicated to my Grandy Mary, who turned 100 years young. This is for you, dear heart.

  • THank you thank you....

  • I will always love Nat King Cole's music "For Sentimental Reasons". I have grown up with " Fascination" of his smooth vocal style. I know " There Will Never Be Another You" due to he is truly "Unforgetable"!

  • Nat's diction was impeccable. My dad 's favorite singer! He turned me on to a GREAT singer. Wow! A true legend!!!

  • i love listening to artists like this that have helped later artists find their voices. The similarities are so fun to listen to. Like here I hear Diana Krall. Nat was such a great artist tho

  • nat there will never be another YOU

  • if you want to take a mini-vacation..put on a nat king cole vinyl...sit back and relax..and his smooth mellow voice will take you somewhere else

  • if you want to take a mini-vacation..put on a nat king cole vinyl...sit back and relax..and his smooth mellow voice will take you somewhere else

  • I love this romantic song! Love will never be "old school!" Thank you for sharing! :D <3

  • My mum and dad love the great Nat King Cole, i remember them playing his songs on a sunday as mum cooked the roast dinner, now and then i'd see mum wipe away a tear as dad sang from the dining room.....the good old days, listening to this haunts me so.
