@Nutriloc1 Anyone who listens to her has no taste in music at all. That isn't music...it's trash! Nat is music, nice songs , you can hear every word, and feelings in the songs.

right!! beiber and gaga are like fastfood, cheap and messy, but nat's is a gourmet food always love by many because of it's unexplainable taste, great taste!!! sorry for the gaga and beiber fans, that's only my comment, nothing personal.!!!
As I listen to this very lovely song, I share the story of a boy and a girl who lost each other, he listened to this, today, they have found eachother again. Very lovely lovely song. Thank you for sharing.
hi where can i download this exact version? i'm looking in every downloading site but there's no version like this..thanks! i will wait for your response.
I was at my girlfriend's house when this played on a radio station, and we just lied down and listened... This is one of those songs that takes your attention away from whatever you're doing and makes you sit/lie down, close your eyes and enjoy...
God, I'm waiting for the day that this music makes it's glorious comeback...
Is anyone still writing beautiful songs like this? Lyrics that can stand alone like poetry? Melodies you can actually whistle or hum to yourself? There never would have been a Nat Cole without these beautiful songs.
this song has made me cry .. im 30 years old i grew up with parents who adored Nat .. and when my dad passed away we had his unforgettable played .... this song though its truly beautiful and what a voice his voice is faultless
Hey, I’m a young artist, & I would really appreciate it if everyone would check out my cover of Michael Bublé’s “You’re Nobody till Somebody Loves You.” Although I’m knowledgeable that Michael Bublé was not the first to record the song, my version was inspired by his rendition, nonetheless. I promise you that you will not regret giving my version of the song a listen, & it will truly knock you off of your feet! So please listen & enjoy! Thanks!
The way they sing before is just so raw without the enhancements of digital technology! So when you listen to these kind of songs... it's as if, he is only singing for you, just you!!!!!
Man.. this kind of music is so soothing. Pure nostalgia. Why isn't there any good music nowadays? I listen to it every single day to make my life better. Great piece by a true master. This cover is gorgeous as well:
Im from Colombia, I was born here but I dont know somehow I feel really identified with this kind of music, and many others singers, Louis Amstrong, Frank S., Its like I already have listened this music before, I could cry every single time I listen to something like this but because the insanity of the feeling and nothing related with sadness
i always think of the end of "the world according to Garp" when this song plays at the end... then, due to that movie's subject matter, even though im 16, i think about the people that i love and if they were gone, how i'd maybe on many occasions, sit back and remember them, and then the realization will hit me again that they're not coming back and i'll just sit there sad that they're gone but happy that i got to love them for the time that they were here.
Old times are better than the present. The music, the glow, the love, the appreciation of such beautiful and unmatchable tune of Nat King Cole, there will never be another him. Songs that bring my heart to such pounding, that brought my eyes to tears, Nat King Cole, you really are unforgettable.
@chicazup I can't believe ANYONE could dislike Nat King Cole! Sad what 'music' has become now a days. There is so much less beauty in most the stuff being touted out there today................

In my real life its very awkward to talk about nat's songs in my community, they all listening to bieber, gaga, etc. and i was feeling like i was very dumb when they re discussing about music. It seems that i cant find the community to talk about sublime music like nat's. This song brings the tears from my eyes with the smile on face. Thank you for this beeeeeeutiful song.
@enlightmentage What the others are listening to ISN"T music, and you ARE NOT dumb ! My mother has always been a Nat King Cole fan and I grew up to appreciate him and many wonderful artists who were not of my generation. So what? I love music from the 20's,30's ,40's and 50's because that was when real songs with beautiful music and beautiful, literate and clever lyrics were written. There are exceptions of course but most of the "music" written today is bilge and not fit for anyone.
@enlightmentage hey you should talk about this music more because, i myself am a struggling jazz musician. people don't appreciate music n e more and its terrible. this new sound the world got a taste for, tastes like shit to me. this is where music took flight. and if you love it so much you shouldn't feel embarrassed liking this. id say you walk down your streets skattin' to ella fitz or humming to cole haha just thought id recognize your comment :)

Lets see if bieber 's songs would last for 5 years!

It can some times be difficult when your community have a tendancy to like a different type of music. At the moment in the UK, ADELE has two singles in the top 5, she is a very mournful wonderful singer, she has kept Lady Gaga off the top for two sweet weeks now. So there is hope LOL enjoy your music
@enlightmentage don't worry, i tell my groupie in algebra that I hear music from the 30's all the way up to nowadays, everybody looks at me like i'm craaaaaazy.
I feel you, enlightmentage. Those songs of Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole... and the likes of them. People around me... all of them like the trash music that Lady Gaga ETC churns out.
@dostrov2006 More like Beiber and Gaga are school lunches, complete with hair and mold, Nat King Cole is a lunch packed lovingly by your dear mum, and she cooks like Emril.
@enlightmentage You have to find your compadres on the Internet for things like this. When you have a "rare" interest, it's great having the Internet to find other people who like what you do.
I just want to encourage you to be your individual self! The reason this music touches you, is because it has lyrics and a melody that are timeless and universal. All of the jazz standards are that way - they tell a story (usually about love, something we all can relate to) with a simple melody that everyone's ear can enjoy. Sounds a bit childish, but that's really what makes a great song. Please continue your love of good music - musicians need you to listen to their music!!

@enlightmentage never be embarrassed or ashamed of wonderful music EVER xxx Just listen enjoy & educate, let your friends hear some then let them judge xxx
@enlightmentage i know when i say "I love Frankie's music" no one knows that i mean Frank sinatra and when i say Frank Sinatra they are always like "Who the hell is that?"
@enlightmentage Well said my friend. When Nat sang a beautiful song he made it much more than just a beautiful song. Nat took music and touched your soul with it. That isn't mere talent. That is an extraordinary gift from above!
Thank you for this beeeeeeautiful song.
@alexander4200 What's with you, buddy? I didn't put this up for the ratings; I put this up to share a beautiful song that's relatively hard to find, with others, who appreciate it as I do. As for the image, surely you would agree that it's better than a blank video...?
i love you clara and if you get to read this comment i hope that you know i want to tell the world how much you truly mean to me clara vanessa rubiano ramirez the woman of my dreams the beat in my heart the blood that runs through my vains i miss you and i hope you realize that me and you are meant to be together for the rest of our lives till we grow old and gray ill be waiting 4 you till the day i die ill be sitting here in that old familiar place were it all began my love ill be seeing you
this song makes me break down.......i dedicate this song to the woman of my dreams, the mother of my children the woman who stood by me thru thick and thin this ones for you baby i love you clara.............with all my fucking heart ........there will never be another one like you youre one in a billion i kiss you so much =(
Mr.Cole certainly had a way to paint pictures and tell stories in his voice and music. One of the greatest ever!Kind of sad to remember back when music was truly music, not like this overproduced garbage on the radio nowadays.
@LoboKhan1 Sinatra is great in a different way.His presence, his movie roles, his rat pack days,Vegas, his concerts, ect.I have to disagree a little with you.I feel that Frank did have a good voice, just very different.Very Lounge/Vegas feel to it.However I agree with you in that I do feel like Nat does have a far superior voice and a calming humble presence that has not been matched to this day.If someone said that NKC was the greatest voice to grace our speakers I wouldn't argue with that!
there will be other songs to sing.... another fall... another spring..... but there will never be another you.............& thank God for that!......... for I'll be standing here with someone new...... on adreambeach....
Why did we have to move away from natural talent? If only the phrase "history always repeats itself" applied to music like this...RIP, Nat. Though, as long as your singing, you'll never die. Hopefully the many generations ahead will allow you to continue doing so...
My mom loved the singing of Nat King Cole. Now when I hear his songs I think of her playing his 45's on a little RCA phonograph set up on a thrown away table in a mostly bare room. My dad would find a way to buy them for her. We were poor but I never knew it.
@siksikaua >ur post is sO refreshing it touches my heart, bringing tears to my eyes, wishing, it was yesterday< thanku for ur honesty ilove you for it, god bless you, i too lOve nat king cole, this is a song someone dedicated to me, its kinda like our song ;) sincerely, island couture
@LiamOB1996 10 out of 100. Who cares. There will always be haters, envious, jealous, people who dont know what real music, sound, voice, talent really is. There stuck in todays modern day pop music that isnt music. Just crap made for business owners to make money (more money) than they already have. Today's music is dumned down, simplified for those who dont know music. Fortunately we have Nat King Cole and many others who will never be forgotten. We will always enjoy there music till the end.
When, I play Nat's songs for my mum, she always sheds a tear, thinking of her dear departed husband, she tells me, that this mans songs were so special in their lives together. Rock on Nat, thankyou, for giving mum some solace.
Beautiful song. I am a young man, but listening to this kind of song and singers like Mr. Nat King Cole, I think that those years when this music was popular people knew how to live and had a more enjoyable existence, at least they listened to beautiful music with lyrics and feelings. You had to fall in love when you listen to music of this kind. Nowadays everybody is stressed out, bitter, unhappy, insecure and rude. And on top of that fat and dirty. Thank you for sharing this, it is needed.
@PureSoapCleans Thank you for your comment. 'Nowadays everybody is stressed out, bitter, unhappy, insecure and rude. And on top of that fat and dirty.' Well, yes - it was a different world then; I should know, because I'm 64. Stressed out, rude, fat - yes. Everyday life was more simple, then. But nowadays I wouldn't want to miss the internet plus YouTube, green products and better medication. But yes, Nat King Cole, Ella & Louis et al belonged to that more casual age!
@BuckshotLaFunke, like I said, I am a young man and know that we are not in the 1950's anymore and I do appreciate the advances that we have in today's world, but I refuse to become bitter, fat and ignoring the good that we had in the past. Most of my friends haven't heard of Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee or Jo Stafford and they do not care either, that's what I was referring to. I am glad that my parents appreciated this music and introduced me to those great artists.
Music appreciation is simply understanding and "appreciating" the fact that all genres of music have certain songs that are worth remembering and enjoying.
From rap, to hip hop, to heavy metal, classical, country, ALL have some songs that are relevant and can stir emotions and trigger certain feelings. Don't be closed minded. There is great music everywhere. You might have a certain preference for a certain type but look closely enough and you'll find greatness in all the genres
these beautiful nodes ......which great and skilled saxophone players play from there sax...... is very difficult to be sung ...... only two musical instruments which can copy almost every thing that a human throat can do... thats sax..... indian flute & ofcourse a singer's throat... and what a great voice he has got to play such complex music throgh his voice.... just like playing sophisticated sax... love this voice
I will always love Nat King Cole's music "For Sentimental Reasons". I have grown up with " Fascination" of his smooth vocal style. I know " There Will Never Be Another You" due to he is truly "Unforgetable"!
i love listening to artists like this that have helped later artists find their voices. The similarities are so fun to listen to. Like here I hear Diana Krall. Nat was such a great artist tho
My mum and dad love the great Nat King Cole, i remember them playing his songs on a sunday as mum cooked the roast dinner, now and then i'd see mum wipe away a tear as dad sang from the dining room.....the good old days, listening to this haunts me so.
This songs is very beautiful and emotional. Makes me cry

This song was written in 1942 by Harry Warren and Mack Gordon. At first blush, it sounds complimentary and romantic, at least by virtue of its hook phrase. But it is about AN IMPENDING BREAKUP. The verse tells of two lovers parting. The refrain describes the 'other' nights, lovers, songs, seasons, and lips that lie in store, though “There Will Never Be Another You.”

@enlightmentage Well said my friend. When Nat sang a beautiful song he made it much more than just a beautiful song. Nat took music and touched your soul with it. That isn't mere talent. That is an extraordinary gift from above!

Mr.Cole certainly had a way to paint pictures and tell stories in his voice and music. One of the greatest ever!Kind of sad to remember back when music was truly music, not like this overproduced garbage on the radio nowadays.
clublife32 1 year ago
Many people rant about how great Sinatra's singing was.
I think Nat Cole outsang him by far.
Nat sang with such soul and vocal poise, that you literally feel the emotions he sang about.
How often did Sinatra's singing do that?
LoboKhan1 1 year ago 3
@LoboKhan1 Sinatra is great in a different way.His presence, his movie roles, his rat pack days,Vegas, his concerts, ect.I have to disagree a little with you.I feel that Frank did have a good voice, just very different.Very Lounge/Vegas feel to it.However I agree with you in that I do feel like Nat does have a far superior voice and a calming humble presence that has not been matched to this day.If someone said that NKC was the greatest voice to grace our speakers I wouldn't argue with that!

PureSoapCleans 1 year ago
@PureSoapCleans Thank you for your comment. 'Nowadays everybody is stressed out, bitter, unhappy, insecure and rude. And on top of that fat and dirty.' Well, yes - it was a different world then; I should know, because I'm 64. Stressed out, rude, fat - yes. Everyday life was more simple, then. But nowadays I wouldn't want to miss the internet plus YouTube, green products and better medication. But yes, Nat King Cole, Ella & Louis et al belonged to that more casual age!
BuckshotLaFunke 1 year ago
@BuckshotLaFunke, like I said, I am a young man and know that we are not in the 1950's anymore and I do appreciate the advances that we have in today's world, but I refuse to become bitter, fat and ignoring the good that we had in the past. Most of my friends haven't heard of Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee or Jo Stafford and they do not care either, that's what I was referring to. I am glad that my parents appreciated this music and introduced me to those great artists.
PureSoapCleans 1 year ago 2
Music appreciation is simply understanding and "appreciating" the fact that all genres of music have certain songs that are worth remembering and enjoying.
From rap, to hip hop, to heavy metal, classical, country, ALL have some songs that are relevant and can stir emotions and trigger certain feelings. Don't be closed minded. There is great music everywhere. You might have a certain preference for a certain type but look closely enough and you'll find greatness in all the genres
