@marmarmarley I think he picked a lighter shade so that we could see which was real hair and which was the extensions because he says in the video that you would pick the correct color

he should have left her bangs coming forward. and yes for a ponytail just put the extensions in upside down at the backof your head (below where the ponytail will sit) and put the ones above where the ponytail will sit in normally. this provides a more natural look.
