Wow, I thought I had seen every video of Stevie but not this one, awsome video! I've never seen her in pants either, so rare! Such a talented lady and the greatest songwriter ever. Lindsey is so underrated, he can really play.
Stevie Nicks is the absolute BEST female vocalist AND songwriter that ever walked this earth! The song Rhiannon relates somewhat to Stevie as she sings "once in a million years a lady like her..rises".... this is so true for Stevie! The majority of people give Stevie credit for her voice (which is one that is truly unique), and of course her physical beauty, BUT, you don't hear people give her the credit she so deserves for her song writing!!!!! Her song writing is phenomenal! Luv u Stevie!
stevie is my heroe , she is a legend my absolute my fave singer of all time i listen to her all the time and for hours you just cant get better than stevie!!!!!!
This definately was a really good version. It was fresh out of the Welch/Weston progressive blues era with the addition of the soulful Nicks and the versatile Buckingham, but before the funkier contemporary discotheque sound that was to follow...
Gotta luv it.....The young, high energy Fleetwood Mac. Rhiannon was just released 6 weeks before this show. The fast pace of the original version was amazing. Love the camera work that shows the dual jam off between Lindsay and Mick. Stevie's voice is strong. The Largo show was something special. Thanks Pretzel.Enjoy Mac fans!
Stunning. This band always remind me of McCartney's Wings in 74 / 76. Not the music so much, but.... "Live" they kick ass big time, whereas the albums are sometimes dangerously close to MOR.
1975 Fleetwood Mac has got to be the greatest for me.A perfect marriage of songs like this to Bob Welch, Danny Kirwan, and Peter Green songs.Imagine a gig like this in which former members make surprise appearances..
Great performance. Stevie could sing back then, and still can now, but she has lost some of her range now. Back then she could make all your hairs stand up and just was a great singer. Love her to death. One of the best female rock singers ever.
If I had to pick one 70's era Mac performance of Rhiannon this would be it..the other great one is from the Rosebud Documentary but Stevie looks so YOUNG in this video!... she hadn't yet created her wardrobe/image for her Rhiannon character but her dancing on this video 4:13 is the definition of iconic...watching this segment it is easy to understand why she was such a mysterious and alluring figure in the 70's
I read that only "Dreams" was a number 1 at that charts in the US. I'm surprised that Rhiannon was not. There is so much passion in this song, beautiful lyrics and a great performance of all the FM-members.
I use to hear this song all the time at my last job. I like this song, she has a nice voice! I was happy to hear her and Taylor sing it at the grammys! :-)
This is the youngest I've ever seen her - what was she here, 26?

But, you made it through.....
