@SilverSkull3434 is this a real question? Try to imagine this game selling nearly as well with a M rating in the corner, given the kind of family that actually buys the game. This isn't Call of Duty, this is a game where content ratings are vastly more important.

The rhythm game industry has been in major decline for the past 2 years, Rock Band 3 did not sell well at all. And harmonix is already putting most of their resources into other projects these days such as Dance Central 2.
@legendarysaiy It's a Harmonix rule that double bass never be added to the standard version of a song. So few people own a double bass pedal that it would make no sense whatsoever. It's like 1% or less of players who own a second bass pedal.
@ThisIsNotSharyn Pro mode means that the game will make you play cymbals as well as the toms. Considering only about 1% of Rock Band players own a second bass pedal, Harmonix is not going to make double bass standard in regular Expert drum charts anytime soon.

You say they aren't going to add double bass parts for "regular" expert charts. However, I was only on the topic of pro difficulty.
I figured it'd be like Guitar Hero...where there is an expert difficulty for single bass, and the expert+ is double bass.
