Looks to me like a part of the level 'Cortana' without the flood. I dont know how halo 3 is layed out in the disk but if its like halo 1 thats TOTALLY impossible... but maybe the maps are linked and ur seeing a part of another?? (HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt) prob just an abandoned part of the level just sitting their taking up space when they decided not to use it
i just realized something. it looks like... no... it IS one of the infected rooms on cortana.
