The boost of this is completely ridiculous. Even when you are hitting 63% resistance on something, the power boost it gets for being single element (1.7x or something) puts it at around 105% anyways. So even at low resistances this is a better option.

This is the best darkness armor I ever used, totally worth selling the Omega Astromorph to get, and that's the lvl. 124 version I bought with (I'm not >= lvl. 131 yet). I beat Safiria with this armor on my first try after more than three months of not playing this game. :P

It's a nice armor but being confined to only darkness is annoying. I am thinking of selling it and buying that high level corrupt armor of awe. Also that Immical blade from the anti guardian. Is that a good move or do I need to reconsider?

If you're a mage, the answer is a definite NO! Use Scrambling Ray or Randomizing (I forget the word). These are light and darkness spells respectively that completely scramble your enemy's elemental resistances. I understand that this may not always be reliable, but it's always a good feeling to hit an Algern the Shadowknight that has 150% Darkness modifier! Besides, even at 100% or 90% modifier this armor does more damage than a lot of my others.

lol I don't have nearly the right amount of Z-Tokens. Plus, the staff tends to be unreliable in terms of elements (although Harm certainly wouldn't hurt...me) :P

@sboy100xx The whole point of the armor is to use it on a monster with a sufficiently high Darkness resistance. Using Elemental Seeker defeats its purpose and breaks the armor.

Elemental Seeker shouldn't even happen in this case.

And Algern's Carapace is still the strongest armor. What are you on, calling BSP the strongest armor? >_>

The first time it was released, all parts of the ship from WF were actually accessible, and the most exploitable feature was the hair styles. The hood is one of those hair styles.

@blearghp It's not really the inaccuracy lean, it's the ridiculous damage modifier they gave it for only attacking with Darkness element.

It's actually getting a bit of a nerf, and they already reverted the Z-Token versions of the armor to a normal Darkness armor. The gold versions are unchanged for the time being, though.

@TheShadowKing18 It doesn't cost Z-Tokens, but it might go rare. Gold items in the "Limited Time Only" shop usually go rare faster than Z-Token ones.

The yearly "uber" is always a full set - so this can't be it.

I got to 118 and was banned for botting when I wasn't even botting and when my suspension ended somebody changed my password and I couldn't recover my account because I payed for guardianship with an old credit card and forgot the info. I was pissed and ragequit.
