  • Try aleratec they have better cd dvd buffers

  • I took this and damaged discs! Is a liar the seller...the video.....and is better to buy again the disc. this is a shit!

  • WOULD THIS WORK FOR A BLURAY DISC THAT HAS SCRATCHES?

  • Wait r u calling me those fucked up words

  • I think I might get me one has anybody tried it with xbox games plz don't curse while replying

  • @DeltaHaloxProduction Yes, it works with all CD and DVD's including Xbox disk.

    shitfuckasspussycuntslut

  • where do u buy it

  • @stupidfrank5 about $30 off Ebay and Amazon.

  • @stupidfrank5 Game stop

  • your not supposed to wipe a disk that way

  • @stevensghettonike been doing it for years and all my disk look like new.

    It's a micro fiber cloth..derp

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx i mean dont do circular motions its better for the disk to move center out

  • After the "skipdr" machine finishes the "hands in the video" proceed to "cloth-wipe" the disk in circles!!?? Doesn't he know that CD's and DVD's should be only cloth-wiped in and put from the center?!

  • @ejaye61 Did this guy not read the god damn annotation? It's a micro fiber cloth there buddy. Not your moms dish towel. It would never scratch a disk!

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx you idiot, that cloth might have picked up a crumb or something, also the solution (it dissolves plastic) needs to be cleaned off. doing it in circles only spreads it around and does more damage then good.

also the laser reads up and down the disc. scratches across are harder to read then ones made perpendicular to it. Don't talk out your ass and do some research you fuking retard

  • @snake172 you are a fucking dip shit.

A: I have NEVER scratched a disk with a microfiber cloth.

B: The solution is WATER! That's it. Purified fucking water.

Go suck a dick faggot. You have no fucking clue what you're talking about! Maybe you have a lot of "crumbs" where you are because you're a fat ass?

Umm K Buh Bye Thx for watching!

  • 2:52.......who do you see?

  • @mk6651 420

  • @TheJapanimefreak What?

Is the disk scratched? If yes, then repair it!

If the disk is not scratched and still skipping then you might want to try a lens cleaner or buy a new player.

  • This is bullshit... Doesn't anyone see the cd switch?????

  • does it fix lazer burns on xbox 360 games?

  • would this work on ps1 black disc ???.

  • @TheSavageOne89 yes. i have used it on a few PS1 disk and it works fine. Just make sure you buff the disk well.

  • does it work on perfect circle scratches?

  • @hulksmash911911 ya i have the xbox version

  • how does this work please explain

  • But will it blend?

  • does it work with smaller disks such as gamecube games

  • can it get rid of REALLY DEEP scratches???

  • @NeCacaluXuxultic if it's in the data foil then no. Deep scratches take many cycles but will work. If they are too bad then you will need to replace the disk.

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx, hmm is it as good as Azuradisc?? hehehehe

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx Or you can buy yourself the ECO-MASTER from ETI. It's an industrialized machine that can fix up to 180 discs including blu-ray in a matter of minutes. It uses flat polishing technology that will obliterate the deepest scratches; just like opening a new software for the first time. Even Game stop and play n trade uses this baby to do the job as well as other services.

But...nah. You don't happen to have $15,995.00 right now, do ya? xD LMAO

  • @Verd1m5, :(.....

  • @NeCacaluXuxultic xD ghahahahahah

  • @Verd1m5, joke's on you..found one for $135 :D

  • @NeCacaluXuxultic no you didn't. that shits hella heavy. and maintenance is expensive

  • @Verd1m5 JFJ easy pro plus... watched a bunch of reviews...I am buying it!!!

  • @NeCacaluXuxultic jokes on you i found one for 22$

  • @Jamessandlin, you can't buy an industrial CD repair machine for $22. -_-

  • Hello, I purchased this exact same model but when i put the disc in, it doesn't spin, the lights, the sounds, everything comes on but it will not spin when i put the disc in.

and when i look at it, It looks as if the thing that spins is being smooshed, as if the the disc is to large. It's quite frustrating and I need an answer as quickly as possible, Thank you

  • @baconman274 The spinning wheel should look smooshed somewhat. It need to be snug against the disk for the device to remove scratches. As for the unit not spinning, i cant say what would be the issue. You have it plugged in im guessing since you say the unit lights up. Should shoot an email to the seller or maker to find out what could be done.

  • what about ps2 games?

  • @soragamer72 yes

  • Soon it will be all digital no more CD's

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx do it work for discs that have the ring around it

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx how does it work? and does it work for the xbox dvds?

  • pretty cool might get one

  • For everyone that's wondering, No, I don't this works for PS3 discs but I'm pretty sure it works for Blu-Rays. As for Xbox 360 fans, SkipDr is coming out with disc cleaner specifically for the Xbox on 7/1/11 that won't work for PS3, DVD's, or Blu-Rays. Just Xbox games. Using Xbox or PS3 games on this SkipDr might damage the disc itself. For Xboxers, just wait for the Xbox SkipDr and don't risk damaged discs, and PS3ers, there have been rumors about a PS3 SkipDr but nothing is certain.

  • @heavancool365 Update: A PS3 SkipDr is coming out the same day, 7/1/11, as the Xbox SkipDr.

  • 4:12 Bob Marley.

  • Will this work for gamecube games?

  • does this work on video games like xbox games? please respond quickly!!!

  • @SuperAwais12 Yes I did this with my CoD WaW for Xbox

  • I'd suggest a fine cutting compound such as T-Cut or Brasso. Just be sure to give it a good clean after repairing to remove any residual contaminates that could damage the disk after prolonged contact.

  • When you are buffing it in the video, that's how they say NOT to buff it. Crazy!!! They say to buff it from the center to the outer edge, not in a circular motion.

  • @purseonal2010 it's a microfiber cloth.. it will not scratch the disk..

  • @purseonal2010 yup hes right haha i have it fixed like 20 games from my friends and make them pay about 5 bucks. I hustle around this fucking place haha

  • @centroamericano12

have you fixed your games??? that means this doesn't make short the "life" of the game disk???? because my uncle fixed one game in the videocenter and it stopped working one month later x.x

  • @purseonal2010 ohh still haha i dont even buff mine i just do the buff with the spray and get a micro fiber cloth and wipe it from the center out but buffing really doesnt do anything

  • the worst part about using these devices is the buffing required to make it look nice. HOW do you buff it without scratching it? They say the buffing pad will NOT scratch a disc. I beg to differ! Please offer some suggestions on how to repair the disc, especially the buffing. Thank you!

  • @purseonal2010 are you talking out of your ass or something? WTF are you talking about? The SkipDr uses sandpaper like wheel to resurface the disk..

    you're a fucking idiot..

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx Thats what your mom said when she had my junk in her mouth last night!

  • @purseonal2010 dude it works i dont even buff it. i looks scratched but plays like new bro trust me

  • what the fuckts that clicking sound its irratating same as the music

  • pause at 2:52 look at the cd and find Bob Marley

  • Does this work on xbox 360 perfect ring?

  • nice one.. love to watch it again!

  • This fixed my gta 4

  • My xbox 360 game got a big round schratch can this remove it

  • @I2ockstarModz no same thing happened to me with my fallout new vegas. You CAN NOT move your xbox while a game is in it or it will get a 360 scratch. The scratch is so deep i had to get a new copy

  • which one out of premium, advanced and classic which one shud i get... classic and advanced is manual and saves energy while the automatic is more accurate...which one shud i get?

  • once the included fluid runs out, what you would suggest to start sprayin on the disks? or would i have to buy another bottle of that if they're sold at stores?

  • @JustGaPaid just filtered water. try not to use tap water.

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx what about tap water the has been in a brita filtered jug ?

  • @TheD4rkPrince as long as it doesnt have any heavy metals in it it will be fine

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx ok thx

  • Just go to the stores and clean it with the good machines. I recomend that.

  • please help me out... i have a lightly damaged dual layer mini dvd with very important content for me. does skip dr repairs this kind discs??? i'd be be really grateful if you answere me

  • @mak2sta normal sized cd/dvd's only

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx this system can fix my deep damaged gta 4 x360 dvd ?

  • ?...

  • man i should get one of these things...if i knew were to get them lol

  • @EmoKid2415 you can buy them at a local f.y.e or the digital inovations website

  • does this work on xbox 360 games

  • mine comes in the mail either tomorrow or tuesday to fix my black ops i pray to god that it works

  • does a skipDR for bluray exist?

  • @evildeevid not that i know of. A bluray is sooo much more durable than DVD/CD so i wouldnt think a normal DiskDR would work well..ive never had any of my bluray games/movies get scratched

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx hey. does the skip Dr repair perfect circle scratches off Xbox 360 games? stupid dog ran over my control charger and knocked my xbox down while i was playing. MY BLACK OPS IS RUINED

  • @ericq1090 yes

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx have u tried it?

  • @ericq1090 I have never had a perfect circle disk scratch but a couple of my friends have and i've fixed them easy. Just took a few passes with the skipdr

  • @ericq1090

NO! But your game can still be saved. Take it to a games store that deal in pre-owned games, or a Blockbusters rental store...they have the professional machines that repair deep scratches. They will charge you £4...$5/$6 depending on where you live, but this is a professional service from a machine that costs over £1000...not this type of thing that is only for minor scratches (and usually leaves radial marks, unlike the pro machines that leave the disc looking just like brand new)

  • @GhibliFan1 what's wrong with giving it a few do-over cleanings?

  • @JustGaPaid

The point I was trying to make was...I've tried every cheap machine on the market (including this), and every home 'toothpaste', 'Brasso' 'T-cut' 'banana' (yes...banana!!!) so called scratch repair "remedy" ever devised, and I can safely say with the benefit of my experience that if you do actually want your disc to look factory new, take it to a Game, Blockbusters, Gamestation type place, pay the nice man a couple of pounds, and get your disc back looking *literally* new.

  • @GhibliFan1 sooo...do you recommend that I don't buy this product? a rugged, scratched disk that'll would run freeze anywhere just turend store-brand-spanking new again. It looks worth buying. it's not like owners purposely put deep scratches unless they're carelessly leaving anywhere or dropping them often.

  • @JustGaPaid

I'm saying if you have a scratched disc you care about, take it to blockbusters or a similar place and get them to repair it on their machine for a small fee (£2 in UK...probably $4 or so dollars in the US). Although if it is a PS3 or blu-ray disc, forget it...a scratch on one of those renders it useless as 92% of the thickness is data, and only 8% is label and Durabis protection, whereas on a DVD, CD and the like...90% is label and protection, only 10% is data)

  • @evildeevid yes it doesgo to digitalinnovations and look for it under and look under fix scratched discs and look for a blue ray one

  • @evildeevid digitalinnovations,com

  • where u get it

  • I bought a Memorex OptiFix off ebay for christmas...WHAT A PILE OH SHAT!!!!

The Skip Dr. looks like it actually does it's job.

  • do u know any retail store that carry this product i've got to get one

  • WTF it shocked me!! I ant going back and toching that cd but I got to admit it works good ¿

  • Cool

  • does it work on xbox 360

  • ,AM THERE IS NO SCH-ARCHES ON UR DISC WTF

  • Bestbuy is where I bought mine

  • were do u buy this

  • I've got the hand crank one. The thing I don't like is the white cloth that you use at the end seems to put very small, fine scratches on the disc.

  • does it clean circle scratches????

  • @The09AKM Yeah. I got one. My brother fucked a disc up and it had a circle on it. I just kept on doing this and after a few times it got rid of the scratch and the disc works perfectly.

It's worth the money, really worth the money. But if the scratch is all the way into the foil bit then it isn't going to work. If it isn't too deep then it works.

  • where did you buy this?

  • @Danglesz1

    ebay

  • Can you use normal water ? or it have to be special ?

  • the manual disk cleaner like this doesn't need a fluid so it might just be something they want to sell for money. I use water

  • @gamerchanger it is water. distilled water..

  • mate , does this work if you have one of those 'perfect cirlcle' scratches ? (xbox360)

  • @DerienDore yep! i have fixed a couple "perfect circle" scratches for friends. It takes atleast 2 passes but works great so far.

  • Youtube is so great for finding REAL reviews of products.

So much better than that buyers guide crap.

  • @doogiediamond Yeah, exactly. You never know when the buyers guide assholes might swap the disc in one of the cut scenes.

  • holy beeep

  • Has it worked on all CD´s you tried?

  • @9nirujan9 all but 2. they were damaged in the data foil

  • @9nirujan9 I have one of these. It doesnot work except of scatches you can repair with car wax. Even dvds that are not badly damaged it will not repair. Do not waste your money.

  • @knight996 GTFO

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx I was not insulting your video I spent 30 dollars on this thing. It couldnot repair one of my discs. But my discs may not be repairable. But I think it is more effective than the motorized memorez repairer. That one is nothing but a glorified disc cleaner. I tried to fix 20 different discs. Thanks for taking the time to make the videos cheers.

  • @knight996 It does work. I got it. Sometimes you have to do it a few times to get it done.

  • does the skip dr work on sega saturn game discs

  • @cujo1990

    yes

  • yes, but what adapter? I looked for all over the internet but I didnt found it. Where do they sell it ?

  • It works on gamecube games?

  • @videogame465

Yes but you need an adapter so the small disk will fit correctly.

  • i mean tv

  • dude i thought u were black from listening to the music

  • can i take a foto and send ito you? so you can tell me if this machine can repair my disk? first of all, it;s not a joke. it's my wii band hero.. D:

  • looks like very expensive ? !

  • @bboyflatstep $25 USD off Ebay VERY worth it

  • I have the manual operating one, but using it more then i thought i would. But it also works.

  • disk are read from the inside out, so the machine itself makes sense great vid BTW i think people need to chill though, and i didnt know people needed a degree in cleaning disks and making youtube vids :P

  • Dude I just use a dremel buffer attachment, put a polish that's used to shine metal and start buffing the cd from the center outward and i make ten revolutions just to make sure i did it correctly.

  • whats with the fan thing on the disc repair thing?

  • @cocoadile it has fine sandpaper on it to resurface the disk

  • If you are thinking about getting this product save your money. This product may remove very minor scratches if that, and when I say minor I mean the kind of scratches that your cd player will probably play through. It leaves scratch marks across the disk in which didn't bother me as much as it not working(It says in the manual that it'll leave marks). I can't speak for other people but it did not work for me.

  • Will this remove deep scratches?

  • lol he didnt talk cuz he was smoking! haha and obviously he doesnt no anything about cleaning disks cuz u never wipe the disk with a towel in a circular motion cuz that could add more scratches

  • @V0Lc0mSt0NE03 you are a fucking idiot.. i have used this on over 50 disk and every single one of them has come out like new.

P.S. its a micro fiber cloth. it will never put scratches on a disk.. dumb fuck

Go back to getting you ass raped in COD.. thx for watching

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx lol i love it when people try to act all cool and start stuff over youtube...hahahahaha its just soooo funny to me. but ya and i didnt no that it was a micro fiber cloth so u can just calm down and quit tryin ta act all cool over youtube

  • @V0Lc0mSt0NE03

ok BRO..I'll stop acting "cool" once you quit acting like a retarded gay kid.

    THX FOR WATCHING...again

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx lol still talkin smack i love you

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx how much?

  • @V0Lc0mSt0NE03 lmfao

  • would this work on pincil eraser marks i caught my friends with a eraser rubbing on my gta 3 disc the disc sorta looks like the asshole took a sander to it.

  • @The2Wiredproductions yep would fix it easy

  • @xDIRTYSOUTHx OK good thanks. Glad to know that! That fucking imbisol is lucky should shuve that damn pincel up his ass though for fucking it up in the first damn place!!

  • were did u get it from

  • @beastghost214 ebay

  • "Dont worry dutchman, we'll buff out those scratches" naw but seriously, I remember I bought the game dr (the very first skip dr) I had used it on my metal gear solid 2 disk, because it would always freeze, and it worked afterward.

  • will this work for gamecube?

  • @schoonovere NO it will not work for gamecube. It works with normal sized CD and DVD's. can take gamecube disk to bloackbuster and get them repaired

  • @schoonovere your fucking halrious haha

  • it was a clean disc

  • It looks like just a automated version of the game dr. that i have. The game dr failed at fixing my World at War so this will likely not work. I think im better off just buying a new world at war.

  • just use brasso or baking soda toothpaste.

  • @LongCu4U

    that shit don't work

    messes your shit up more

  • can this thing fix the scratch ring

  • xDIRTYSOUTHx

Does Skipdr actually make the disc play like new?

Does the disc come out looking new? Sometimes I've noticed with heavy blemishes on resurfaced discs.

  • @Riddler95 I have about 500 DVD's and about 50+ xbox 360 games and it has fixed MANY of my scratched games. If the scratch is in the data then it cant be fixed.

The "blemishes" can be buffed out but a dvd laser will be unaffected in reading games or movies. it works perfectly.

  • How much was SkipDr?

I got some old PS1 and SEGA Dreamcast games that have scratches.
