you know thats kinda true.. im still very young (23) and i moved away from my home in ohio right out of high school and i dont have any friends that i even talk to any more other than one person. my best friend from highschool every day i call him or he calls me and we talk for a long time about old times and about what we are goin to do later.. it would just be nice to see him again
What is so great about you topics is that they are really true. I have a lot of friends from being a Cop, and my wife has a lot of friends. However, I think that I only e-mail my NYPD buddies and my wife will see her friends twice a year if she is lucky. Basically, you hit the nail right on the head.
Studies have shown that the healthiest people spend time with their friends. I don't think emails count. Make the time to be with your friends. Take a yoga class together, meet for coffee, go for a walk...make standing dates that can't be broken. Let yur family know that your friends are important to you and your physical and mental health. Love the vlogs...keep em coming.
