I think you've done something wrong while trying to hack it with xs++
my w350i does this but it just stoped then when i started the camera it went pixelated for some reason

yo, u need to restore your phone or install firmware again then flash it again.

You've had a burn-out. The connection to the flash or camera has burnt or melted. If you open it up you'll see the burn marks.
