I think movies like this are always the scariest because it does happen in real life. A guy I know was stalking me but not to an extreme he just wouldn't leave me alone and kept telling me he was crying himself to sleep and that he had no friends and was trying to guilt trip me into it, he even chatted me and described my personality to me perfectly and it was only the second day I met him, finally I just told him to back off and it seemed to work for a while until he texted me a week ago.

It's so scary and sad at the same time because there are really people out here like that. I don't understand why a person would want to stalk another person. If someone says NO then no means exactly what it is NO. It's some psycho people out here. Scary as hell.

@beyourselfdummy There's a great book by Gavin de Becker, (called The Gift of Fear) who has a company founded on stalking and he takes care of many celebrities (Barbara Streisand (not mentioned by name) had, at one time, three men stalking her!!!) and high profile people in government and in companies around the world. He has some fascinating insight into just this sort of unhinged mind, in fact, he discusses this case in the book.

theres a guy on my nonnas street who we think cut one of my bfs tire bc when hed come 2 visit us there, hed park close 2 that neighbours driveway and this neighbour was weird, he didnt like ppl parking there even though its not his property....it felt very creepy....and the mechanic told my bf that it was a very weird flat....suspicious...thankfully this strange guy moved out recently

this is what is always at the heart of a stalker. 1. looking to fulfil PEOPLE to feel complete, which is always doomed to failure. 2. fear of not being able to obtain a relationship thru more socially acceptable means. 3. fear of not being able to get anyone else. 4 no other relationships other than the person they are stalking. i speak this from personal experience
my pastor summed the unlovable up perfectly. no matter WHAT revulsion i may feel, He died for them as well as me

well, to answer your question, did i go on a shooting rampage, and kill 50 people, or have i boiled any bunnies? no, i have not. most stalkers dont fall into those extremes. however i can tell you where it all starts. it starts when we fall into the trap of getting into our heads and overthinking and overanalyzing everything. we all have been guilty of these things to varying degrees. however, when were unable to put brakes on it is when were one move from sabotaging a would be new relationship

@metaldude82 i DID answer your question. i was attempting to be facetious. once again i didnt go to the extremes of some others. however , once again, i have both been on the giving and recieving end of others who didnt know when they were wearing out their welcome. i was simply telling you where it almost always starts, which is behaving out of our own insecurities
