I appreciate that. Though the lawn has been seeded half a dozen times by myself and just no joy. Grass isnt usually that difficult to grow.

The council has been round and said the soil seems to be completely lacking in nutrients, ergo the condition of the lawn. They checked the soil where the shrubs are planted, and this topsoil is drastically different in makeup because it was introduced with the panting of the shrubs.
