Yeah man, putting a little swing in is okay, even good, as long as you only do it on those last 2 or 3 reps where you know you can't complete them without implementing a swing. It's much the same as using a spotter to help when your nearing failure.
Obviously if you swing for every set of every rep your cheating and looking like a fooool :)

hey rob great bicep workout :) i got told that once the muscle fibre is broken down it cant get broken again? my trainer said only 6 total sets on biceps? because its a small muscle group, and he said i shouldnt train biceps and back together cause when i do my back im using my biceps and when i do my biceps the muscle is already broken and if i train then il be overtraining?
