@DOVAKIIN1000 As Zant and Majora were explained in their corresponding games, the tribe which they belonged to were banished by the gods to a different realm in response to the misuse of magic. There is no way of knowing for sure due to the lack of details included in both stories, but that has been the style of writing used by the producers. One major factor which leads me to believe my theory is that both tribes use masks. running out of space--------

The Twili- use the fused shadow (a mask) as a power source (majora's mask was also infused with power. also, remember in TP when you obtain the ordon shield? midna takes it from u and wears it on her face. also the eyes on the fused shadow and majoras mask look almost 100% similar. would u like me to explain more?

@DOVAKIIN1000 sure thing! both characters appear to be calm and all powerful in the beginning of the story but as you progress throught the story, you find out some of their weaknesses. once confronted, they seem to break down and lose control. zant's insecurities were a lot more obvious that majora b/c zant had dialog while majora did not. also- both villains used something more powerful than them selves to obtain power (mm- the moon, zant- ganon)

And if so, would they not be millions of old by now, as well as the Fused Shadows? And if so, how would the Twili possibly remember it? But yeah, it could be very much possible. The original story in the Majora's Mask manga also made sense. The powers are also very different between Majora's Mask and the Fused Shadows. Hmm..

Really? I don't remember there ever being any mention that Majora's Mask came from Hyrule. I do remember that in Stone Tower Temple, there's a weird stature that, when the temple is inverted, looks like Majora's Mask. When not inverted, it looks like the head of Majora's Wrath. Also, in Twinmold's desert, there are quite a few pillars with the picture of Majora's Mask carved onto them. I think Majora's creators were also the ones who built Stone Tower Temple.

Truely, Majora's Incarnation was my favorite boss of the entire game. Even now, after having not played the game for quite a few years, I still cannot forget the tune that played during the battle, and I always felt it right to compare it to a psychotic chicken, with how it acted. I absolutely loved it's psycho dances, and flat out randomness.
