  • Beautiful thanks for sharing!

  • What is your recipe for making the icing?

  • How does the icing dry??

  • @mismonique1970 It dries at room temperature and how long it takes depends on the humidity of your environment and the size of your cookie. Anywhere from 6-24 hours. The icing acts as a sealant for freshness and your cookie underneath won't dry out.

  • @mismonique1970 Here's a video for you on how to dry the cookies. Have fun decorating!

  • @mismonique1970 Oops the link won't work but it's one of the videos I have.

  • very pretty! will be trying this technique out:)

  • very pretty. how many do you take the time to make? do you do more than a dozen, I love them but i think it could take a long time for me. not sure if i would be as fast as you are..lol

  • HI! can tou tell me how can i make my icing shiny? think u

  • @irma56274 royal icing will start off shiny but once dried will have a matte finish. if you are wanting a shiny icing once it's dried I'd suggest using a cookie glaze or I belive Wilton Color flow will have a shiny look once dried. hope that helps!

  • can those little silver dot things can be eatin

  • @desha33456 yup! they're just little suger beads painted in an edible silver color

  • @desha33456 yes dragees can be eaten. dragees are candy coated sugar pearls, some are satin coated while others have a metallic coating. hope that helps!

  • Awesome technique!

  • Hi, can you please do a monogrammed cookie for me? I am in doubt if I should add the letter with the wet icing or dry. Thank you. Blessings to you!

  • Sometimes it's called feathering :D Awesome Video btw :D

  • I have a question.. if there are no meringue powder what else can i use?? =[ i cant find any ><!

  • @TVXQheartsMe You could make royal icing using real eggs. Search for (maybe on google), royal icing made with egg whites.

  • At room temperature, 12-24 hours depending on how humid your area is. I like keeping a 'test' cookie aside so I can check by pressing the icing or even taking a bite. The icing acts as a sealant, btw, so that the cookie underneath doesn't dry out.

  • how long do you wait for the icing to dry so you can put it in a bag?
