Ching-he is nice and all, but I don't think her recipes are that good or authentic. She tends to burn her food and many times her food got stuck to the bottom of the wok - not a good sign! Most of the receipes look like student cooking.

I have been watching all of the Chinese Food Made Easy tutorials and like them very much. I must admit that I find Ms. Ching He Huang delightful as well. I live in a suburb of Fresno, California USA and was quite surprised and delighted when the "Fresno" chilis were mentioned!!
