@TheManOfManyGames Yes screenflow video will work as long as you import them into .mov format and they will upload. I use ScreenFlow v3.

@BertoV Oke first you select the video which you want to decrease the size of and then you go into export to mp4 and at the top there should be a slider called quality in this video I keep it as 100% but I think that you should decrease it to 70% and keep the other options as they are and click on OK/EXport .
