I don't doubt you or anything, but this is pretty wild for factory Ford heads, I never thought it would have been possible, kudos. What kind of lift are you running?
It's a stock 1990 H.O 302 shortblock (only exception is the ring gaps were opened up in anticipation of future nitrous use). 1975 (D5) 351 Heads 1.94/1.60 valves. Hyd. Roller cam 224/224 @50 on 110+2 LSA run with solid roller lifters. Headers are 1-3/4 Mac longtubes. Intake is ported Vic. Jr and carb is a Pro-Form 950cfm DP, yes I said 950.
On a chassis dyno through full 2-1/2 exhaust and running accessories it made 340RWHP@ 6400 and held power till 7000rpm. The trans in the car for the chassis dyno runs was a powerglide and it had a tight convertor. Assuming a fair 20% drivetrain loss it was around 400HP at the flywheel. Since then a different carb spacer was added and I ran lash loops on the valvetrain.
@sweddehli It was what was lying around and it worked just fine. A large carb can be made to work even if not optimal for the application when you know how to set it up on a small engine. A good HP 750 Holley would have been a better fit, however besides offering a stronger column hp average hp & drivability it wouldn't make any more peak power on the dyno.
500 $ !? I live in the wrong part of the world ,thats for sure.

i would like a set of thoose valves in my 289 with 69 351w heads but they want 1100 dollar for valves and springs here in sweden, it sucks .

@sweddehli That is crazy... it might be cheaper to fly here and get those parts! Hell you can have these heads complete for $500....
