  • I love how stupid cops assume that anyone who knows the law, and knows their rights are a "lawyer". I'm not a lawyer but I'm also not an useless dipshit who allow cops to intimidate me because they assume that I am ignorant of my rights.

  • When you get pulled over from now on and get a ticket, or worse arrested, for pissing these guys off!!!! don't question it!! How stupid can you be? Your lucky if they don"t tase you!

  • 6:40 - The cop clearly admits he was trying to "intimidate". Well, according to law, there is a legal statute on the books called "Intimidation" (with threats of force, violence or coercion). So, technically the person filming this could be able to file charges. Not sure how far it would go before a judge though..

  • You're acting like it is illegal for the police to intimidate people. If they were so nice to everyone, all the time!? You know they're going to get killed. Just because you pay taxes doesn't mean you are allowed to call the shot....

  • Don't see what the officers problem is. For all he knew the guy may have been video recording because of the cool bike he is making noise on.

Instead of being a dick the officer should have just said nothing and got on with whatever he was doing. No need to harass someone who has a right to film. Especially when the officer is riding such a bike.

  • the guy clearly apologized why be a dick about hit

  • THINGS ARE UPSIDE DOWN NOW!!! THE CITIZENS CAN BE VIDEO TAPED EVERYWHERE WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT-WHILE CITIZENS CAN'T PRESERVE THEIR RIGHTS WHEN BEING STOPPED BY OFFICIALS. THE FILM COULD BE COURT EVIDENCE. IT IS THE COPS THAT ARE OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE!!!!

JOIN THE REVOLUTION-TAKE BACK THE CONSTITUTION-RON PAUL 2012!!!

  • Cop handled himself like a professional, maybe he was aggressive, but he backed off and walked away he was a man about it later in the video and admitted and apologized. The kid on the other hand is obviously trying to provoke a negative response so he can look like a hero on youtube. I too am sick of police misconduct, but the solution is not going out and trying to provoke it and if you do that dont be shocked if they give you what you are looking for, after all they are there to serve you.

  • The officer had a long day dude give him a break he was probably tired and already pissed off he even apologized dont get so hot headed about it.

  • In Canada, we have the right to film in a public place, regardless of who doesn't like it. All the comments are pointless, if he has the legal right to film and is not obstructing the police, the officer has no right to whine end of story. People are going to have to learn to ignore people with cameras, even if your little feelings are hurt.

  • @varsume agreed

  • You have the right to remain silent and cannot be punished for refusing to answer questions. If you wish to remain silent, tell the officer out loud. In some states, you must give your name if asked to identify yourself.

  • The cop asked for drivers license and proof of insurance.? Were they walking over the speed limit? doing a field interview without even reasonable suspicion and interfering with freedom of movement blocking his path? 5th and 4th amendment violations. Fruit of a poisonous tree.

  • these kids were just causing unnecessary conflict.

  • Yes the cop was a little attitudy at first. But these "boys" filming them should have walked away, after the cop acknowledged that he goes down to that area and puts up with whatever is needed. Ya know, I give some slack to these cops that man up. But what I indicate here from the guys (boys) filming is immaturity, not experienced with life ENOUGH to just acknowlegde humans are all fallable, and to embrace a acknowledgement from another person that they were on edge. Hope they grow up soon.

  • These kids are childish.

  • Respect aal police officers that DESERVE respect and expose egomaniacal cops in order to get rid of them. For example, the supervising officer is an abolute honorable officer and he deserves respect. The motorcycle officer feels that he should be allowed to be INTIMIDATING citzens who are lawfully recording him just because he is tired.Respect is earned not guarenteed because you have a badge. The sup. officer earned his respect by his actions. The motorcycle cop lost his respect due his action

  • @jwilmanmd Lets not forget though that the cop was doing his job trying to clear the lot. He didn't just come after those guys for filming. Im sure it didn't help matters, but they were also not leaving like everyone else.

  • I would just stop and let him bump into me. He isn't going any further!

  • is this mcallen texas?

  • What i think most people don't get is that some assholes are cops and some assholes are people trying to make cops look bad. This video showed part of both. The asshole that wanted a story, and the cops that were just trying to do a job without hurting anyone. The asshole cop on the bike asking a pedestrian for a drivers license and proof of insurance was wrong, the guy filming was wrong for making it more than it should have been. Both could have walked away. But where would be the sensation?

  • He didn't want you to file an internal affairs report. Otherwise it would have affected his career one way or another on upcoming promotions even if the internal affairs found him at no fault.

  • Hey man at least the cop manned up and apologized! I know people dislike cops but imagine if we didnt have them! Mayhem!

  • who ever agrees with this whiny bitch is stupid you all say how stupid cops are and how lazy they are but when you need help from the cops that attitude just fucking dissappears so honestly just shut the fuck up

  • @IRAKNIGHT1 The cop isn't stupid although he asked for a drivers license, proof of insurance and the like to a pedestrian. I get the cop was working a double and was tired of dealing with a holes all day but he became what he is not supposed to become.

That being said, the douche bag covering him with the camera was all about getting a story, trying to make a cop look bad. I don't have a problem with people wanting to expose bad cops, but expose the good ones too.

  • @OliverFist of course you want the bad ones on camera but i felt they just wanted to be attention whores also by fliming this guy

  • Is that Hitler on the bike at the start of the video? Look at that Stache man!

  • I think that if any of us had to deal with all bad and the only time we deal with ppl is when we're punishing them for disobeying the law, and ppl look at them badly, and just worked a 16 hr shift for crappy pay, and a guy approached me with a camera, with the sole purpose of provoking something I'd get annoyed to. Remember we need to protect ourself from the bad cops, but we can't annoy, and provoke the good ones. I wouldn't wanna be too nice if my job was to protect ppl & when is the last ti

  • Yeah, the first cop was a jackass, but come on, the second one was reasonable.

  • Seriously, how hard is it to show your fucking ID. You take it out your wallet and show it to them. It's a lot easier than tying up their time and yours by arguing with them for minutes on end.

  • @eleger27 It is simple to just show them but you miss the bigger picture, keep giving away your rights until you no longer have any and then say its simple.. Honestly when Ive been in situations where the police have "asked" me for an ID or "asked" where i was heading to or from. I have treated those times on an individual basis, sometimes depending on the cops attitude it is maybe better to show them, but its still giving away liberties that I know I shouldnt be giving.

  • Look how his attitude changed from BAD 0:27 to GOOD 7:43

    LOL strange

  • what kind of pistol grip setup is that attached to the camcorder? i want to get something similar

  • The second cop seemed pretty nice

  • The idiots who have the time to film the police and cultivate erroneous and false complaints against police clearly don't have the education or live productive lives

  • @nora8brian why don't you tell us how easy it is to become a police officer! It must be easy to become a doctor, lawyer, or a professional athlete.. that's the way you and every criminal and high school dropout thinks? Congrats

  • Cops can lie to you so never believe what they say

  • WTF He asked for his ID, registration and insurance even though he wasn't driving. What is that?

  • They should make these cops drive special police mopeds, I think the them driving around on souped up Harleys is causing them to have big huge heads. They think they are big and bad on a Harley so they love driving around to screw with people. Give them MOPEDS.

  • If you want to argue with the cops, you'd better have a clue. You, HellandKeller, seem just childish. Sounds like you want the cops to talk to you in a gentle tone. But they're not your nursery school teacher.

  • FUCK THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • GOOD WORK GUYS ! THESE PIGS ARE DESPICABLE LOSERS

  • THAT COP NEEDS TO BEOME A GREETER AT WALMART.

  • 5:45 tHATS A POOR EXCUSE, NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER .

  • send this pig to afghanistan to ride his bike

  • I think that cop was pretty cool for coming back to talk to you like that. He was honest. You have to give him that. He deserves a break. He seems like a good man just trying to do a hard shitty job in a bad world.

  • @gregdines Bullshit...this guy is a bad cop. and only was contrite ofter the video was shown to another officer. He should be fired. All cops should just accept the fact that they could be video tapped at any time.

  • should have stopped after he told you how to file a complaint

  • Internal Affairs messes with this sort of stuff. Never ask a police officer for assistance or his/her opinion on police misbehavior. They can't do anything to their colleagues really.

  • Well, he came back and manned up by explaining things to you. Everybody has bad days, but he did say he had had a 16 hr. day and stress could have been a factor. You shook hands and agreed to disagree. Good for both of you. I have been in Fire & Emergency Services for 30 yrs. and I have wanted to ring a few necks on people with cameras in the past. I know everyone has a job to do and there are always 2 sides to everyone story. Even on video there are. Ok enough of me ranting. Have a safe day.

  • He still made bogs excuses for his behavior. and look again at his aggressive behavior in asking the guy to give his camera to his friend. Notice the cop never shut off his bike. If he really wanted to apologize he should have just did it and leave it at that. The more he talked the more he should his unprofessional behavior. There was absolutely no excuse for this cops behavior even if he worked 16 hrs .

  • There is nothing wrong with what the gentleman did in filming. It is all in public, and the cop is a public servant. He was aggressive even after in talking with the guy trying to defend himself. If you aren't in a motor vehicle then you don't have to give ID and you definitely don't have to show registration and proof of insurance, besides who has that info walking around a parking lot, really come on. This cop was a jerk from the start. They are just trying to intimidate. The second cop was ok

  • @pinghead105 This is why filming is a good thing it gives evidence. How many times has this cop harassed or behaved in a aggressive manner. The second cop was the way a cop should act. Noticed he looked at and listen to the video. Again yes the cop can ask for ID but you don't have to provide it. He didn't have the right to ask for Registration or any other form of ID because he wan't operating a motor vehicle. He was out of line through the whole thing.

  • What a loser! The cop is trying to apologize and he still whines and cries about it! Unbelievable! Thanks for posting what a complete douche you are!

  • @shagadelic28 lol what a sheep you are. School much? Scared much?

  • @nora8brian Seriously? I'm a sheep because I see a situation where a public servant admitted he was wrong and I support him for trying to apologize? Wow...some people throw that "sheep" comment around so much they don't even realize what it means. Let me throw one back at ya there tool NO8BRAIN...WAKE UP!

  • @shagadelic28 THAT COP WAS ONLY TRYING TO COVER HIS ASS. Your a sheep because you believe such a disingenuous apology. You think this public servant cares about you or serves somethings righteous? They are the BIGGEST tools in history. I know many cops, have them in my family. And the only reason they become cops is because they get paid alot and its easy to become one. And also for the power trip. And they are the nice ones. The stories i hear about their fellow public servants!!

  • @nora8brian WRONG again no brain! He did not have to come over there and apologize. How many Youtube videos of cops apologizing are out there? Not too many. I am not saying the cop was right for trying to bully the guy. But there was no harm done and he tried to apologize like a man. The douche behind the camera continued to act childish, like you are. I have known a few cops in my day as well, top notch people who all have bad days. And btw, cops don't get paid "a lot."

  • @shagadelic28 i think the cop was apologizing tho because he knew he was going to get a complaint against him, not because he was being sincere.

  • @jpfwildcat the cop was wrong. if the guy is not breaking any law in any way or form he does not have to show him his license.. The cop never said "dont video tape" him in any way. like i said. you can deny to show a cop your license if you know your not breaking any law at that time or before..

  • Why did you emphasize the whole "intimidate you" quote? That's not a "gotcha" moment - cops are allowed to intimidate. For crying out loud, cops can lie to you and it's perfectly okay under the constitution. So don't act like such a victim dude, the guy even apologized about it, which he didn't have to do. You on the other hand acted like a bitch throughout the entire video. A whiny little bitch.

  • @jpfwildcat It is not perfectly okay under the constitution for cops to lie or intimidate you. You have a serious misunderstanding of the Constitution. The cop acted like an unprofessional douchebag, the camera guy acted more professional than the cop, period. The cop even admitted that he walked that way to intimidate the guy. He only aplogized after his butt buddy in crime told him that they were going to file a complaint, get off the cops dick, dude.

  • @MrMatthewRice After reading that, I can tell that of the two of us, only one of us went to law school. You have no idea what you're talking about. Cops can and will lie all day long, and you'll find nothing in the Constitution or any opinion that says otherwise. So yeah, cute try.

  • @jpfwildcat The comment I responded to, you said cops are allowed to intimidate, and cops can lie to you and it's perfectly okay under the constitution. Those are your words. When I say you have a serious misunderstanding of the constitution, you obviously do. No where in the constitution does it say that cops are allowed to intimidate, or lie to you. It doesn't say if they can or can't,in fact. I agree cops can and will lie to you, doesn't make it right. I know the supreme court said it was ok

  • @MrMatthewRice "No where in the constitution does it say that cops are allowed to intimidate, or lie to you." Dude, just stop. I seriously don't take pleasure in doing this. I'll try to summarize my two semesters of Con Law the best way I know how to you: the constitution created a federal government - cops are state actors. From there, I could literally write a 10-page memo of why you and this whiny bitch in the video need to STFU and leave the constitutional law to the lawyers.

  • @jpfwildcat First off go fuck yourself. Second, the constitution created a federal government- cops are state actors. Okay, I accept that. Would you care to cite were in the constitution it says that police are allowed to intimidate and lie to you Mr.Lawyer Man? I also don't believe you're a lawyer. What lawyer ever says dude? Give me a break, you took a couple of semesters of con law and suddenly you're a expert? They should give you your money back.

  • @MrMatthewRice Actually it was 6 semesters, and yeah actually I did become "suddenly" an expert. That's sort of how it works. As for me saying "dude"...lol. I'm 26, so I'm not even sure what you're driving at there. You think we talk like we write? Only in front of a judge buddy. You are so hopelessly clueless it's ridiculous. Whatever, keep Googling the Constitution and pretending you know what you are talking about. You don't.

  • @jpfwildcat Wow, some lawyer, keep avoiding the question so you can pretend to be smart, nice move. I don't think you talk you like you write, just never heard a lawyer, no matter the age, say dude like he's a surfer bum. So wich is it, six semesters or two? Make up your mind. State actors are subject to regulations under the BOR, wich prohibit federal and state governments from violating your rights. So again I ask, where in the CON does it allow cops to engage in this behavior? Still waiting..

  • @MrMatthewRice Where in the Constitution does it say that they CAN'T? The police power of the state is a pretty powerful thing you fucking basement dweller, and unless the Constitution provides for a certain individual right to prohibit such lies and intimidation, then it's perfectly legal, dude. Shut up.

  • @jpfwildcat WOW you keep amazing me with your legal prowess. If you read my second comment, I said "No where in the constitution does it say that cops are allowed to intimidate, or lie to you. It doesn't say if they can or can't,in fact." So once again supreme observation skills on your part, Mr. Lawyer Man. Why do cops get into trouble in some instances, when the lie and intimidate, if it's legal? If I'm a basement dweller, what's that make the lawyer arguing back and forth with me?

  • @MrMatthewRice Tomorrow, I'm going to wake up, shower, get dressed, drive to work, and practice law. You, on the other hand, will probably do only one of those things. And with that, I bid you goodnight basement dweller.

  • @jpfwildcat Yeah, keep kidding yourself there, bud. I own and operate my own buisness, so fuck you. You aren't a lawyer, you talk like a sailor, say dude like a fucking bum. Anyone can pretend to be anything on the internet, even a lawyer. With the power of google I could probably fool you into thinking I'm an astronaut, and you would probably fall hook, line, and sinker for it. I believe a REAL lawyer would have answered my questions instead of being a arrogant rude asshole. Bye Bitch Boy!

  • @MrMatthewRice Not to menton, you don't even remember how many semesters of Con Law you took? I think a REAL lawyer would know just how many semesters of Con Law he took, never known a lawyer that doesn't get the details right. You're a sorry SOB. Got to get on Youtube and pretend to be a lawyer, that's pathetic, and more in line with basement dweller activity.

  • @MrMatthewRice The dull lighting and musky scent of your basement has clearly had an effect on you: you're literally talking to yourself. Go outside, get some fresh air.

And I had 2 semesters of Con Law, but 6 semesters of law school - hence why I am an "expert". If I had dropped out and never graduated, I would never have got a JD, never passed the bar, and trust me, I would never have the audacity to get into an argument on Youtube, pretending I know the law.

  • @MrMatthewRice It was you who attacked me first, accusing me of misunderstanding the Constitution - not only false, but hilarious coming from someone untrained to read the law - and that I was "[on] the cops' dick." As I see it, your moronic questions did not deserve an answer, but you did deserve an "arrogant rude asshole" (i.e., me).

  • @MrMatthewRice Here's your argument: "The Constitution neither authorizes nor prohibits lying and intimidation by police. Therefore it is illegal." Do you seriously not understand the very basic premise of society that everything is legal unless it is declared illegal? You seem to think that the cops can only do what is authorized in the Constitution? Does the Constitution authorize them to ride motorcycles? I hope you see how terribly poor your logic is on this. So please stop.

  • I think the second cop was cool and very professional about it. Internal Affairs is pretty much useless, but the second cop was cool and acted like the police should act with citizens.

  • Stressful job i'd never be a officer his behavior was out of line though. He should be more careful before he finds himself in legal trouble or out of a career.

  • Yeah, we have rights, but I do kinda feel for the first cop. Long day, dudes filming me. Hell, I'd get pissed off too. lol

  • Honestly its because that guy deals with so many criminals and whenever he has an encounter with people, although they might not be criminals he treats them that way because of how many criminals he has faced for who knows how many years.

  • Comment removed

  • internal affairs are not the cops they are the one who police the cops, they should know that...

  • Give the cop a break, some of them are cunts, you should think yourself lucky these guye are not, find something constructive to do you fucktard

  • This camera mans a retard

  • the police officer at the very end seemed like he knew he made a mistake

  • haha the first cop thinks he is billy badass or something.

  • Videos do lie when idiots with a camera only videotape one minute of their encounter with the police... And claim misconduct when they don't know the law

  • if the kid had approached the cop in the same manner the news would be filming that parking lot becucasue that cop would have shot him.

  • i see cops abusing there power all the time! its disgusting!

  • Fuck that cop, he wouldnt have apologized if he wasnt caught on tape. fuck you fuck you fuck you ! Peace through intimidation isn't the right kind of peace

  • Cops fear the camara because they fear the TRUTH...

  • You sound negro. I think you were supposed to have run when he was walking into your face. When you ran he would have had due cause to apprehend and detain you. A negro gentleman running from police will always look bad. Anyway you held your ground. very brave.

  • Fucking wankers with cameras. All rights no responsibilities

  • Typical Americans, all rights no responsibilities

  • @stealthfalcon82 yer funny. Personally I love it when their lies a nd bullying don't work out so well. As for the poster whats legal and what is morally acceptable to you and this Officer are two different things. Thanks to good judges and really good corporate media lawyers.

  • What the fuck is Farva doing in a motorcycle???

  • No, video does lie and you guys are a couple of pussies.

He didn't threaten you. He asked you for something with authority. You took their time for at least 8min & 9sec. They spent more than enough time explaining themselves to you. Yet for all your complaining you refuse to bring it to the station, Stating you'd rather just make a youtube video. Pathetic.

Just stay in your little room where it's safe. I wouldn't want you running to the police if something happened to you.

  • There's a huge difference between exercising 1st and 4th Amendment rights versus interfering with the police performing their duties

  • hahaha ha cops venting at the wwwwwrrooooooong time

  • Uh, private property? They're all in a shopping outlet which is public property. The only reason a local PD would be there is if someone called and suspected/witnessed foul behavior. Since we didn't see what all the commotion was in the beginning (why the biker was there to begin with) there's no story.

  • cops fear camera be come they dont want they job lost for some thing they did well working lol

  • He apologized, shake the man's hand and move on... Seriously, you proved your point stop being a dick.

  • I feel for both sides here. He shouldn't have used his intimidation tactics to try to scare you, but then again these guys are surrounded by people who pretty much hate them and sometimes want them dead. What a tough job. I still respect em, but I respect my rights more.

  • Assholes like this are baiting cops then saying the cops are the assholes?

  • That guy was even scaring me..

  • The guy with the camera is such a pussy.. "Oh no i was scared boo hoo"... Well stop being a trouble maker and the big bad cops wont scare you

  • @josh74747474 What did he do to become a trouble maker? he exercised his right to film in public. You sir are a moron.

  • @soxandbella21 He goes out of his way to start configurations with officers to film it and put it on youtube.. People who approve of this are the morons, your for one..

  • Anyone else notice the part where the motorcycle officer says denies it being a private lot, then a few seconds later he says it's private property? 5:20 & 5:52

  • Having a bad day is not excuse....even more so for a cop. If he can't handle it then he needs to find a different job.

  • @livewires4christ no, it's called he is a human being and human beings get stressed out.

  • @Savetheturtles80 It doesn't matter if your human, that doesn't give you a license to be unprofessional. If you go to store to purchase a product and the associate is rude to you or if you go to a restaurant and your server curses you out because he doesn't think you left a decent tip do you say to yourself "oh he/she is having a bad day and they're are just human" or do you say "I need to see the manager because this person isn't going to get away with treating me like this?"

  • @livewires4christ The big difference there is that people treat cops like shit all day long and they know people are always out to kill them. Intimidation is how a cop gets to stay alive so he can see his family again. A clerk in a store is paid for customer service. Cops are paid to keep public peace. HUGE difference.

  • @Savetheturtles80 How many cops do you know? I a few and they don't have to be intimidating to "stay alive". Cops are paid to serve the public, keeping the peace is one of there duties. Cops can actually be fired or suspended for agressive behavior without reason. If you think cops have the right to direspect citizens because they're frustrated that's fine, but like the guy in the video I wouldn't allow it. He only apologized after the guy threatened to talk to someone about his behavior.

  • @livewires4christ You just don't get it. Get to know more than a "few" cops. Maybe do a ride along with one so you can get a better grasp on the reality of the job. You do have to be intimidating to stay alive, it's easy to walk all over a cop who can't keep the upper hand. Those kind of cops don't make it.

  • @Savetheturtles80 are you actualy sticking up for cops the fuck up peope daily if they do what they arrest us for they need to be put in jail no free rides or they need to get shot up by evereyone

  • @Savetheturtles80 I've been on a ride along and I do get what your saynig. You're saying that the cop's behavior should be excused because he's a cop and his job stressful. Your also saying that cops need to intimidate people to save their lives. I'm saying although there are SOME situations were cops might need to intimidate that doesn't give the right to act any way they feel any time. We just disagree. If you don't care how a police officer treats you that's fine. I won't stand for it though.

  • @livewires4christ And they cop didn't curse anyone out so I'm not sure why you used that as an example.

  • Oh, he's had a long day, so it's ok for him to harass civilians, right?

  • @snipershniper Exactyl!!!

  • I want a large farva!

  • The officer was cool, and apologized, he was working for 16 hours. He didn't do anything wrong... What was the point of recording him anyway?

  • Comment removed

  • Why? The cops were doing nothing wrong the guy is just being a ass.

  • top coppers so letts agree on that

  • IAD's must put the whip ass on their cops in this department. His ass came right back to prevent a complaint being filed against him!. lol

  • if he cant deal with the stress of being a cop he should quit stupid fat dumbass

  • He apologized, he manned up, give him credit, at least he didnt put his hands on you

  • @deathhax he tryin to make himself look good but failed!

  • The second police office seemed cool, calm and collected. He's a pro.

  • @mra2z he knows the citizen is right he just wants to defend his buddy fuckin dicks

  • @mra2z I agree

  • im VERY PROUD of all of you guys, all over America, making these Police Officers become ACCUSTOMED to American citizens flexing their RIGHTS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION :) BRAVO! We have been so desensitized to the Police State that many of us just go along to get along and have allowed our rights to become FOREIGN to our Officers. It really gets under their skin, but I have seen in just the past month that they are respecting it more and more. Atta boy :)

  • now thats how we do it bro way to go...i bet that officer was so worried youd get him fired hahahaha.

  • cops r just people too

  • These officers have to deal with scum of the earth everyday.Yes I know there are some bad apples, sour ones.Give the ones who are doing there job a break. They could be doing somthing more constructive than dealing with your childish bullshit.

  • lol @2:41 superbad cop

  • there's nothing illegal about filming ANYTHING that happens in public. these cops are out of line. they don't like cameras because it forces them to be accountable. and that bully pig who gets right up in that guys face and asks him for license registration insurance to a fucking PEDESTRIAN was just trying to intimidate him.

and cops wonder why everyone hates them.

if they start acting like the public servants they are paid to be they might get more respect.

  • @jwallbanger I blame it partly on the profession attracting dick heads in general, but also the way they're trained. Cops don't need to go under the kind of stress training they do, it's not the military, they aren't going into a war zone. So having people yell at them all through their training just makes them uptight ass holes and they have no idea how to interact with regular citizens whom they have no reason to assume have done anything wrong. They treat everyone like a dick.

  • @MorganMcJiggleson They are also trained to lie. I learned this the hard way when I was a teen. Two police officers convinced me and some friends that if we just admitted we'd been drinking (falsely) they wouldn't arrest us. As soon as we said what they wanted they cuffed us and took us in. These kinds of games are part of their training. It's no wonder they've turned the public against them!

Oh and that dude you're arguing with below has a law degree at age 22? LOL!

  • @jwallbanger Yeah, cops can and will lie to you, and are legally allowed to do so. That's why when you ask for a lawyer and don't say a fucking thing, lol. And yeah, that dude is an idiot.

  • The officer was out of line and he knows it, but there is something to be said for letting the police do their job and not driving around in a bus looking for trouble. I would hate to be a cop and have to deal with the same people (I mean offenders here.) over and over again, knowing that everyday my life could be on the line and then have to be Mr. perfectly cool, patient, well-mannered. That is a tall order. Know your rights, but let them do their jobs - every day is a bad day in that job.

  • jesus christ it seems cops fear the camera mor then gunfire

  • @DANKYDAN93 of course cops fear cameras more then gunfire, most cops are corrupt and abuse there powers through intimidation. So they either lose there jobs or there lives. Only one of them has a repercussion that last longer then 30 miliseconds

  • gotta love the street racing scene lmao

  • I wish all of these Ron Paul kids would just OD already.

  • That cop knew he was wrong right from the start. He had no problem trying to use intimidation to get a law abiding citizen to give up his constitutional rights. The rest of the worthless cops defended this POS. They believe the badge gives them the right to act like Gestapo. Is is this kind of mentality that is turning this country into a police state. They don't hesitate to trample our freedoms and liberties.

  • @harleyxxfabco And a lot of intimidated people give up their rights and fall in like sheep.

  • @Foxpoop OOOOHHH, BUURRRRRRRRN,

  • You don't have to produce ID if a cop demands it, just so everyone knows.

  • @MorganMcJiggleson The camera is the only reason this guy didn't take a trip to the pokey. Record any interaction you have with the Police. They won't give a 2nd thought to violation your rights if they think they can get away with it.

  • @harleyxxfabco Believe me I know, lol

  • @MorganMcJiggleson lmao..... You sure do....It's obstruction if you don't.

  • @laminateZOO lol, no it's not. You don't have to show your ID to the police unless you are being lawfully detained. i.e. you're already in handcuffs and unable to leave. You are perfectly able to say no to a cop when he asks for your ID and walk away, not answering their questions. If they have reason to detain you, then they will, if they don't and are just being ass holes, which is usually the case, they can't do anything.

  • @MorganMcJiggleson I have a Law degree. You have an internet education fueled by what you hear at Ron Paul rallies.

    Who wins?

  • @laminateZOO lol, are you retarded? Never brag on the internet. A.) No one will believe you, and B.) you make false assumptions about the person you're talking about. Don't be such a fucking moron.

  • @MorganMcJiggleson Go get your GED

  • @laminateZOO What did I just say about making assumptions? Do you even realize how stupid it makes you look when you make random guesses about the intelligence/education/gender/race/whatever of a person you know nothing about online? Stop waving your e-peen around like a child you turd.

  • @laminateZOO You're 22 and already through law school?

One thing is certain, you've certainly learned to lie like a lawyer!
