GOOD GRIEF! It's a sad shame that some of you guys have to be so incredibly nasty. Yes, they can replace this with a patch panel (which would be best and he does mention at 4:50) HOWEVER this vid is intended for the "do-it-yourselfer" and not for top pros. Doubtful most non-professionals have MIG or TIG welders at their disposal nor the skill to use them accurately. I do agree that for this procedure, fiberglass or a 3M 2-part metal repair epoxy would have been better to use than body filler.
