Thanks for speaking the truth Rocco. I've got 20 to 40 pounds to lose and hear often that I look just fine. But I think you're right. If I actually get it together...the pressure is on him. I screw up his meals, he has to be more accountable for all the household responsibilities while i'm at the gym... and yep....what's gonna happen when I start getting the looks from other guys. Strangely this is a motivating video, a little crude, but true.
