the camera looks like its of a rely bad phone. (no offence to owner)

meaning that it doesn't shoot many frames per second (am i right in saying that i am not very good with that stuff) humans can move a short distance very fast (try moving your finger 5 cm as fast as you can). he just moved so fast that the camera on the phone couldn't detect it. anyway if it was fake there are a few much easier ways to make the popcorn pop... e.g. a heating element under table.

I can get this into my editing software and move frame by frame to see it the foot just moves. you can see the camera flying apart quite fluently, so the camera would catch the foot moving as well.
