  • If your trying to lose weight more than you are trying to get toned up at the moment, would you worry more about carbs or calories?

  • @Noonerz45 worry about metabolism! it's the right types of foods at the right times of your circadian rhythm :) Check out toneitupdiet/com for a breakdown on exactly what it takes to be in the best shape of your life, for the rest of your life! xxo

  • oh that wont be too hard to find for me then since i live in greece!!! :) it is actually a really good yogurt....is it the 0% fat you eat??

  • @TheAAA5078 It's more about the RIGHT TYPE of carbs, at the RIGHT TIMES! :) To learn more, head to toneitupdietDOTcom and pick up your copy of the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan ~ Everything we know about nutrition is packed into the 135 page program just for you :) xoxo

  • Here in germany I saw just greek joghurt with 10 grams of fat or more -.-

  • I love your videos! I'm also a fan of greek yogurt. Liberte' (Canadian company that is available at Publix) has a great Date and Fig flavor. So yummy! 130 calories, 0 % fat, 11 grams protein, and 15% calcium. Plenty of fig chunks and really sweet from the dates. Add some walnuts, toasted wheat germ, or Fiber One Bran Buds for crunch. :)

  • add honey :D its super good

  • Very good video

  • Love it. Thank you

  • i hv a Q.. protein intake before or after workout is better? thx~ ^^V

  • @thegoldrevlon after! taking in aprotein & carb post workout kickstarts and fuels the repair process :) otherwise your body will break down healthy tissue in order to repair from the exercise (a state of metabolism called "catabolic")

  • what brand of greek yogurt are you showing in this video :)?

  • what about choboni greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom is that still good?

  • Can you eat greek yogurt if you are lactose intolerant?

  • LOVE greek yogurt

  • I don't really like greek yoghurt, but I'm willing to try. How many scoops of protein powder would you put in a pot that size? Thanks :)

  • Fage yogurt is the best. It's the only yogurt we eat. I buy the 35 ounce container at Costco. I also use it in place of mayo and sour cream.

  • hey!! :) we are going to relaunch the 30 day challenge!!! :)

  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE greek yogurt.... I add honey too! ;)

  • tastes a bit like cream cheese when its unflavored.

  • what are your guys view of bagels and cream cheese for breakfast i love it and eat it all the time

  • What's the difference in taste in Greek yogurt?

  • i love you'll but please make your videos longer........more cooking receipes, snack ideas...keep em coming!

  • I've been trying to find greek yogurt but no luck.. where can i get my hands on some??

  • @ginooRio probably at a market grocery store like Whole Foods or Trader Joes.

  • where do you get greek yogurt in canada?

  • i love greek yoghurt!

  • @KrisCakes18 Greek Yogurt is creamy and thick and delicious. :D I really love it!

  • I'm already skinny and I just want to tone up a bit, do I need to change my diet that much or do I just need to exercise?

  • Omg! They're so pretty!!

  • I'm lactose intollerant so I eat soy yogurt for breakfast. Are there any "healthy" options when it comes to soy yogurt? Right now I'm buying Whole Soy & Co from Whole Foods.

  • anything that is "fat free" or "diet" is shiet and loaded with chemicals to make it taste better.

  • Actually, fat-free or low-fat Greek Yogurt does not have chemicals.

  • that was so helpfull thanks! x

  • I love greek yogurt! Sometimes

I get just regular organic yogurt tho cuz its a little cheaper. I'm done with the big brands like Dannon and Yoplait. I used to eat the Dannon because its only 80 calories but they all have high fructose corn syrup and not enough protien. I'd rather eat a few extra calories than eat HFC or Splenda.

  • Sarah-- we agree!! We would rather eat 20 more calories and get lean protein than to have high fructose corn syrup and chemicals in the fake sugar. It's a little more expensive... but the cost of your health and not developing cancers and living healthfully may be worth that extra 50c :) I also notice if I have a yogurt with 13 sugars or more I am hungry sooner because of the spike in blood sugar levels and insulin.

  • where can i buy greek yogurt?

  • trader joes

  • "If you watch Tone It Up, you're working out."

    So true!

  • @KrisCakes18 then you really won't like greek yoghurt lol. waaaay more sour. almost like sour cream! but i make mine nicer with cinnamon, maple syrup and fruit

  • why is eating organic a better option? is it easier for our body to digest?

  • @jisha

Eating organic has so many benefits. To name a few: non-organic can be doused with pesticides and many of them won't wash off, so think of biomagnification- how those toxins increase and travel up the trophic levels. A lot of non-organic foods are GM (genetically modified). They have hormones in them that spike human hormone levels. No antibiotics in organic food, either. Much easier on the environment. Yes, it is easier for your body to digest because you're not ingesting toxins...etc.

  • do you girls have a twitter?

  • twitter is twitter/toneitup :) we need to be better about tweeting lol

  • I buy the natural organic pobiotic yoghurt with no sugar ! then add honey instead of sugar

  • I love Greek yogurt, but it tends to be more pricey than regular yogurt. Where can I find some inexpensive Greek yogurt? I'm a college student on a tight budget!
