Is this a re-hash of Local Ad Link? It was MLM and was secretive about how their "geo targeting" worked. They were actually repackaging Google to make it seem that the technology belonged exclusively to them. Local business owners that I dealt with at that time were not receptive of this new idea. Especially the cost.
Once you see how they can get people with a limited budget on the first page of Google you'll understand why Adzzoo is so powerful. They just don't believe it yet. This company hasn't even started yet.
