Guys, The way to do it:

1: Get a Samurai with the Yakuza mode Cheat.

2. Get play 2 to KILL CJ with the SWORD.

3. While CJ is on the floor and the camera zooms out saying "WASTED"

, player one type in the health cheat. you should spawn with no head.

This happened to me too! I was on Multiplayer with my Cuz and he decapitated me, and when it went back to one-player i was headless. After that, my game went wacko, and a Police officer jacked my car an drove off. <---Mega glitch.
