  • Hi Miika2!!! I just finally got my yogurt maker and made some young coconut yogurt. I remember you strongly suggested GI Prohealth and I decided I would buy it. Let me tell you. I used raw coconuts with their water to make the base and added the GI Prohealth and it's amazing!!! GI Prohealth rocks!! Thanks for the tip!!!

  • Thanks Tamika! This info helps a lot! I went ahead and made it yesterday and it came out very DELICIOUS. My husband loves it! I put some blended frozen strawberries in it. I think I will try the tapioca flour too. Do you use 3T of it? Thanks!

  • I use about 2 tsp but again this is what makes it thick so you can add as little or as much as you like!!!

  • Hi Tamika! Thanks for your video. It is well done! I am lactose and casein intolerant and had been searching for a way to get probiotics w/o milk. A couple questions, please.

How much of the GiPro YOGURT Starter do you add to the recipe?

Are you saying that some tapioca pearls remain in the mix after microwaving/heating?

    Thanks!

    Muysana

  • PEACE SWEETIE!!

I use about a TSP worth of gipro!!

Yes Leave the pearls in after microwaving.

I'm currently working on redoin this video with tapioca flour and doing the heating on the stove!

  • YO YO YUMMY!!! That looks so fantastic, I LOVE coconut! My family is on the road to becoming Vegan/Raw, this would fit in perfectly. I wonder about the microwaving though, any idea how warm it gets? Coconut is so good for us, love yogurt but not dairy. Love to you T!

  • You can do it on the stove as well!! Just remember for it to be raw stay under 108. You'll have to warm it for a longer but it will still work. The tapioca flour makes it thick so add as much as you like to make it as thick as you like.

    Love ya back!

You can also do this with raw nuts blended. I'll make a video on that soon!
