I dont understand the question I guess. Afterall, I do remember some video being posted on YouTube showing a couple clips from the Blackwell PD that I think your talking about. I am not here to judge anyone and its not my position to say if what went on in those clips was right or wrong. The proper officials will decide that.
Why is it ok to watch this video of Kay Co. but not okay to see what the corrupted police officers are doing in Blackwell??????
