using You tube downloader you can download this clip and strip the video from creating and MP3. You can then burn this to a CD using Itunes or Windows Media player. just google Youtube Downloader and you should get the right thing, then you download the video and convert it, choosing MPEG in the convert to drop down menue and it will do it for you it only takes a few seconds, is realy easy and perfectly legal.
