When i go to this mall i tend to get nausea, it begins with having to pay to park..there's also something not quite level about the flooring,so if i go, i go on an as needed basis(in and out, and as quickly as possible to the few stores i can't find anywhere else).The anchor stores really don't have more selection than lynnhaven mall's counterparts.Spreading out the merchandise doesn't mean more selection! then there's that food court..meh! LYNNHAVEN IS A BETTER SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!

it simply has a chunk missing from one of the roller guides. Needs someone to place a service call, rather than video it and post it to the web. Calling it a death trap is ridiculous.

I have noticed that a lot of Schindler elevators do not have the indicators programmed to display the actual floor number, so the lineup gets out of sync. A sign of definite neglect and lack of care in general. And if you're going to put a door close button, why not just make it work? Why, Schindler, why?

suzzex may be right. But you are right about the rough ride. With the wheels out of balance like that, that would spell a very rough ride and yes, it would feel if someone is kicking the side of the cab. I told Metro not to buy any more Schindler or ThyssenKrupp products. An out of balance elevator like that could make it rough for electronic wheelchairs because of the possible pinching of the innertube on the tires.

That is simply a flat roller... That is nothing horrible at all... it even levels nicely. The PD elevators are Roosevelt Field are rusted solid, probably don't even have rollers due to them wearing down and run horribly. This thing is neglected, but definitely not horrible.

@suzzex if you lean against the wall, it felt like somebody was kicking the side of the cab. This thing sucked. the ones in the south deck were the same but ran much better.

That lift is now pointless because it would've gone to what would've been Parisian but it was never built so now it is essentially useless. As for the quality of the elevator itself... It faces downtown, that's all I can say :O :P
