where did you go?! please dont tell me you fell off! :( if u did, just try it again, but something different, this needs to be a lifestyle change, not a "eat this, do that, you'll be thin" diet and then once you're on your own you don't know what to do. U CAN DO IT
if u stay away from potato, bread, sugar, rice, and corbonated drinks. u wil loose weight soooner and faster. and no peanut butter. only try to eat 10 grams of fat per day. and that should be max. no mayonaise and all. trust me .. it will work
You need diet and exercise...not just diet if you just diet I say starve your self you get fatter cause your body thinks your starving so it store more fat. Go figure. Thats why no more videos.
@nulifeagain Milk has calcium, which is good for bones. WW suggests two milk a day but that is done on cereal and even cups of tea or coffee, and it can be in dairy products too.
You do look alot thinner hon, keep it up! You can do it! I know what it's like to be overweight and I know how bad it feels, but I'm sure we can real our goals if we keep at it!

@Jacobrester Get the weight watchers cook books. It's convenient because the recipes include points (so you don't have to calculate) and the recipes are generally easy.
if you want to lean up in a very healthy way, you shouldnt eat waffles, butter, baked chips, rice or anything like that.
If you eat nothing but fruits, vegetables, and lean meats, you will be amazed at how fast the weight comes off. I tried it and it works. Im a girl, 5'6", and weighed 180 lbs. In four months, Ive lost 40 pounds.
Read Tosca Renos "Eat Clean Diet" and you will see what Im talking about. You go girl.

if that's your average menu and you are exercising you should be losing weight, fast... though if you eat too little then your body can go into 'starvation mode' and burn off less because it needs the nutrition and you're not getting it
i have hit a plateau aswell, now i am eatting less points and seems i shocked my systems cause im losing pounds again. your a hotmama by the way 8) keep it up!
When you hit a plateau, you should start doing different forms of exercise.
It's also a good idea to always switch up your meals everyday, just randomize it so your body doesn't get used to it and so it digests everything instead of storing it for fat.
Even if you're on Weight Watchers, it doesn't hurt to exercise more than needed, just make sure you're not pressing yourself too hard.

iv been on weight watchers and jenny craig and all those guided programs and they work for the first 10 pounds or so. Iv recently (month and a half ago) started my own healthy eating and excersise plan with my knowledge of all the programs and dieticians iv seen over the years, and iv lost 23 pounds so far. But anyways i noticed that although your eating healthy and to the points system your menu plan consists of alot of carbs, try to fill out on more proteins as you will feel fuller for longer.
WOO HOO 18 pounds!! That is terrific. I think you are beautiful and courageous for taking on this mission and posting these videos. I know plateaus are VERY frustrating. (I've been there.) You'll beat it.
Sounds like a healthy menu.. I eat very similarly; however, I eat my meal which usually has lots of veggies and then a fruit as a snack. This has really helped, I find that if eat healthy snacks between meals I'm not as hungry and eat less.

For "junkfood" I go to taco bell and order oly of the Fesco menu. At Mc D's I order 10pc nuggets and a small reg no cheese burger. that's about 16pts based on weight watchers.

if that's your average menu and you are exercising you should be losing weight, fast... though if you eat too little then your body can go into 'starvation mode' and burn off less because it needs the nutrition and you're not getting it

i have hit a plateau aswell, now i am eatting less points and seems i shocked my systems cause im losing pounds again. your a hotmama by the way 8) keep it up!

When you hit a plateau, you should start doing different forms of exercise.
It's also a good idea to always switch up your meals everyday, just randomize it so your body doesn't get used to it and so it digests everything instead of storing it for fat.
Even if you're on Weight Watchers, it doesn't hurt to exercise more than needed, just make sure you're not pressing yourself too hard.

iv been on weight watchers and jenny craig and all those guided programs and they work for the first 10 pounds or so. Iv recently (month and a half ago) started my own healthy eating and excersise plan with my knowledge of all the programs and dieticians iv seen over the years, and iv lost 23 pounds so far. But anyways i noticed that although your eating healthy and to the points system your menu plan consists of alot of carbs, try to fill out on more proteins as you will feel fuller for longer.

Sounds like a healthy menu.. I eat very similarly; however, I eat my meal which usually has lots of veggies and then a fruit as a snack. This has really helped, I find that if eat healthy snacks between meals I'm not as hungry and eat less.

I just want to encourage you because I know it can be hard to lose weight. Please don't get discouraged becuase you have reached a plato instead just try and excersise more. Good luck!

Hi! im 15 year old girl and im on weight watchers down here in new zealand. ive reached a plato as well and have been searching around for videos and stories to motivate me! ive lost 12kgs (26.5 pounds) so far and i want to loose a total of 20kg (44 pounds). im really keen to see how your getting on with your weight loss and hope you post another video soon! My wife and I have been loosing weight.
For "junkfood" I go to taco bell and order oly of the Fesco menu. At Mc D's I order 10pc nuggets and a small reg no cheese burger. that's about 16pts based on weight watchers.
