I am so excited about this series of books. I am a soical worker, who works with adults with mental health issues, and often thier children suffer with some of the residual issues related to thier parents issues. These books show your techniques in a simple and easy to read =manner makes it great for adults and children alike. I have worked in child abuse prevention and currently working for DFCS in Fulton County. The great thing about what you are promoting is that its not just the kids who benefit. When a parent slows down enough to teach this to a child, they automatically start to calm down as well. GREAT IDEA!! Never give up! You are going a great thing for children and parents!!!

I love your product! I just have to decide what I want to order first! :o) I have 2 daughters (~2 1/2 and an 8 month old) and I suffer from post-partum depression and anxiety issues. I know that your techniques will not only help me, but also help my girls as I start at a young age teaching them to deal with stress and anxiety. I wish I had learned these techniques at a young age and maybe I wouldn't have the issues I have today.

Everyone plays musical beds. It also takes me at least an hour to put my two younger girls to bed and my son has to watch TV in bed while falling asleep Which book(s) would you recommend for me??

Andrea, It sounds like you will benefit from any or all of the books and CDs. The Indigo Dreams series could really help when you are juggling 3 children. You just put it in the CD player and it can free you up to read to another child. You rotate books and CDs. Hope this helps.

Hello! I have an 11 year old son that has trouble sleeping. He says he's scared - he can't fall asleep - he doesn't know why - his body is tired, but he just can't sleep. Some nights are not so bad for him to fall asleep but then he wakes up around 2 am and gets upset saying he can't go back to sleep! It's such a stressful time for him (mom&dad too!) Could you recommend one of your books given this brief run down on my son? Thank You!

Your 11 year old wil most likely enjoy listening to a CD on his own. Indigo Dreams: Garden of Wellness has 2 stories, 3 practice sessions plus a music sound track. He could turn a short session on when he wakes up in the middle of the night or turn the relaxing music track on. Issues of being excluded and fitting in are also addressed in the one of the stories. This is a common challenge for his age group. Hope this helps.

She is on medication but weve been to several doctors and nothing seems to help. She has terrible stomach aches also. Now she is 10 and we own our own home again and now she is learning about friends and things so I ordered yoru teen CD but hoping for more stories to help her relax after stressful days at school. I was totally amazed at how you spoke from your heart.and how you have taken such creativity and turned it into tools for children who need this soo much. After my divorce my daughter was soooo upset about losing our home and what she was used to that I couldn't get her to sleep and your CD was the only thing I could find. For 4 years old to 8 years old all of our moves to get stability in our lives again the only constant was your CD that carried my daughter thru it.
