It didn't get all of the dirt out of my keyboard, it got a small amount out but didn't get it all out.

We have a very high satisfaction rate of over 90% .Try it again or maybe get the Car Version. Remember Cyber Clean is for non mechanical cleaning and does not remove stains, grease or dried on crud. It removes only the loose stuff and removes the bacteria and viruses as well. It does a good job of that.
