Tyler I am also a conservative and have voted for Perot twice. Voted twice for Reagan in 1980 and 1984, did not vote in 1988, voted for Perot in 1992 and 1996, voted in 2000 for Pat Buchanan, did not vote in 2004 or 2008. My record stands - no votes for a Bush, Clinton or Obama - but most importantly no votes for progressives or anyone who makes the slightest mention a new world order. (I like this one just fine.)

I am a conservative and a populist, so I would have voted for Perot both times. I don't like George H.W. Bush, and I have come to the conclusion that Dole wasn't much either. I would have come back around in 2000 and voted for George W. Bush though.
