Though the transcribe audio feature is getting more accurate I find that the majority of them are geared to deciphering the words spoken in American Accents as opposed to the rest of the english speaking world. It is these sorts of problems this technology will need to overcome before it can truely flourish. Australian, Canadian, Scottish, Welsh, Irish and English accents have differences the software needs to recognise and inside each country there are further regional differences in accents.
